Very gentle on the skin. Blends well giving matte effect, indeed. No powder needed. Stays intact all day long, unaffected by too cold or too warm temperatures, sweat or rain. I have been using this brand for almost a decade. The packaging changed over the years but the quality stays the same - superb. I love it !DMG.
