Its says 3 to 4 pumps does it have one as I don't see it in the picture ?

There are no pumps on these bottles. You just squeeze the lotion out. I like that better than pumps.

This hand cream use to have alpha hydroxy in it does this one also?

Short answer: No. Here's the new ingredient listing (it's hard to read the container because the writing is tiny): Water, Mineral Oil, Dimethicone, Stearic Acid, Glycerin, Glycol Stearate, Trethanolamine, Glyceryl Stearate, Phenoethanol, Petrolatum, Cetyl Alcohol, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Methylparaben, Carbomer, Fragrance, Disodium, Stearamide Amp, Hydrolized Keratin. The true original (in the pink bottles) did not have alpha hydroxy (I still have some vintage bottles so I just double-checked)...then when they switched to the navy blue bottles they added alpha hydroxy. I remember because I called the company and asked what happened to the original formula and they said it was "new and improved" with the alpha hydroxy, because it would exfoliate and moisturize simultaneously. The new pink tubes do NOT have alpha hydroxy.
