Q: If you turn the pan upside down, what is the length and width of the flat working surface? I'm thinking of using this as a pizza prep surface at home.

the length and width would be 16.5 x 25

Q: Why does the winco sheet pan i purchased have 'bakn bakery and kitchen supplies' imprinted on the back? guessing it's a switch and not happy.

Sounds like it’s a switch because they probably didn’t have the Winco in stock but it is the same quality and same gauge and same thickness so it’s just an alternate I won’t be too and happy a lotta people can’t get a lot of inventory right now just curious who sold it to you

Q: Would a silicon line 24.5" long fit in this pan?

Sorry to be so long - pan won't fit in my oven so is stored. The flat portion rim to rim lengthwise is just slightly over 24" - not a half inch more. It has a larger rim than usual and the rim is slanted which might allow for some amount of riding up the rims.
