Definitely the most EPA and DHA you can get for the money and in the fewest pills possible. They work well, and absorb well WITH FOOD. Don't take with just a protein shake or you'll poop like a goose and have a very bad tummy ache. I recommend taking these with dinner, or whichever meals in your fattiest for the day. Taking them with food before bed has been the most effective for me. I feel like they have more time to sit in the tract and absorb better.

Easy to swallow and no fishy taste.

I have been taking this supplement for months but the last time I ordered through an Amazon subscription it arrived with a sour, bad fish smell although the expiration date is 2028. I didn’t encounter this issue previously. I had to discard the product, ask for a refund and cancelled my subscription. The oil may have oxidized although I received the product about a week ago and stored it in the refrigerator. It is a pity because I used to love this supplement.

I’ve tried several omega-3 supplements over the years, and this is by far my favorite. The capsules are easy to swallow, I haven’t experienced any fishy burps or unpleasant aftertaste, and, most importantly, it doesn’t upset my stomach. The quality seems excellent, and I feel good knowing I’m getting a high-potency source of EPA and DHA. I’ll definitely continue purchasing this product. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an effective omega-3 without the usual side effects!

Received my order with one bottle defective..totally broken and the worst part is there is no return policy in this item..I’m Beth disappointed in this kind of service..it’s not cheap I paid more than 87.90 sgd for this and i can’t even return a defective item..
