Loved the layout of this book. The book breaks down FF I from FF II test. Asks 2 questions per page with the answer AND explanation on the reverse side of the page. I greatly appreciated the answer explanation, especially when I was debating two answers. Just finished my FF II state test last night - SEVERAL questions/topics are straight from this book in both the FF I and FFII section. Highly recommend if you need a solid test prep book leading to your state exams.

It does what it needs too. Covers a broad spectrum but I don't feel like it focuses on important aspects enough such as Classes of fires.. Different building structures..There was a lot of trick questions which I didn't like, for instance a ton of 'all of the above' or 'either A or B or neither A or B'.. It reminds me of EMT adaptive questions where they are designed to trick the tester.Overall worth the price
