So Close! Unfortunately Flawed
Despite some negative feedback I read online, I chose to follow through with the purchase, hoping for the best. But beware of a potentially flawed product -- it could happen to you!Delivery and Assembly:The item was delivered promptly, as projected. It took me about two hours to build myself. Not too difficult -- it was like assembling Ikea furniture. I just needed a Phillips-head screwdriver. The Problem:When I got to the last step of sliding in the drawers, I discovered that one of the interior drawer tracks did not match the other three or the track on the drawers. That means that the drawer cannot slide in (see photos).Customer Service:I contacted the seller with my issue. Customer service responded right away. However, they asked if I had the original packaging so that I could send the entire kitchen island back to them. Then they would send me another. I was in disbelief that this was their solution -- to waste the kitchen island I spent time and effort building, then on top of that, I'd have to assemble another one! The better, more simpler solution would be to send me the correct interior track. I could unscrew the incorrect track and replace it. It's smaller, cheaper, less waste -- better for all parties involved. Yet when I responded to their email to suggest my solution, I received no further response. I emailed again a week later. Nothing. If I rated this item solely on customer service, I'd give it a 1/5.Product Quality:The island itself minus the flaw is great. I like the quality, which is sturdy and looks nice with other stainless steel appliances in my little NY apartment. But because of the flaw, I will need to figure out a solution by myself. Currently I can only use one drawer and the other just sits on the shelf. It's frustrating and disappointing because usually I have success using Amazon and third-party sellers through Amazon that are accountable for their products and value customer satisfaction. Next time, I will be more wary and rely more heavily on customer reviews before I make a larger purchase like this.

Not perfect, but still good
Let me caveat by stating that I haven't even seen it yet due to being overseas at the moment, so this review is me attempting to capture what my wife loves and hates about the product.Firstly, she loves how it looks and functionality. She wants to paint it but says it looks good as is too.She did say that it was some work to put together, but not hard per se. She ran into a problem with some of the holes not being drilled straight and kind of at an angle. She was able to work through that though without too much trouble. She did find a small dent on one of the legs as well. She suggests that you put it together loosely at first and then tighten everything down incrementally once its together.Apparently the SS top scratches easily and our lovely children have made that apparent. She said it still looks good though! She mentioned that not all of the wheels lock into place so it can move too easily. They also required a TON of pressure to seat into the leg. She is choosing to remove them for now and I will pick up soem better once at the hardware store when I get back in 44 DAYS!!! WOOOOOOOOOO!Overall she seems really happy with it and it adds needed counter and storage space. We have a large family so every square inch counts!

Wondeful looking kitchen cart.
This cart is a fine product. Instructions are simple, clear and concise. Assembly took one hour with a phillips head screwdriver. The product is surprisingly well made, mostly wood with well embedded fixation devices. My wife is pleased at the appearance. The stainless steel top arrived covered and flawless, The product is really well packaged for shipping. The price was reasonable,I would highly recommend this kitchen cart.

A little good, a little bad....
We bought two of these as kitchen overflow storage in our dining room. The Good:1. This kitchen cart is a nice quality and materials seem relatively solid and sturdy given the price.2. It looks good3. The drawers are very practical4. The instructions are very clear. Took about 2 hours for both carts. The Bad:1. Assembly - the first 2/3rds of assembly are easy. The last 1/3rd, OMG! We bought two of these and one assembled perfectly. In the other, we had to drill new holes because we couldn't align it!2. One leg had a weird mark on it. Looks like marker or pen.Don't know about long term durability but assume that unless you're moving a lot, it should hold up about as well as any other MDF/particle board and processed wood furniture from stores like Wal-Mart, Target, or Ikea. If I get 7 years out of these, I'll be happy.

missing screws, mis-aligned pilots holes. quality sub par
Note worthy:- missing several screws /incomplete parts- countertop is NOT stainless steel but a stainless steel-like laminate glued over manufactured wood.- quality: think ikea- hard to assemble: missing pilot holes or mis-aligned predrilled holes. must have your own drill set in order to complete set up.the order came damaged with the corner of the 'stainless steel laminant' bent and pilot holes for several of the pieces were missing or mis-aligned. I had to drill my own pilot holes and re-position the holes in order to assemble the item. Prior to completing the assembly, I realized that the item was missing 2 package of screws required to complete the drawer assembly. I contacted the vendor and they offered to send me new screws. Later on i was informed that they no longer have any of the screws that I need and requested that I go to purchase them elsewhere.
