Great punching bag quality bought for ages 7-12
Ok this is SICK. Bought for ages 7-12 and it's epic. Love the height and how it adjusts. Ease of assembly was beyond!! It was already put together pretty much in the box and my kids literally did the rest. Just add water in the base! Great value for the money. They love punching kicking it and the movement. Very stable.

Great for starting out
Bought this for my son so that he could practice his karate skills here at home in between his karate classes. Not only has he been using it but so has his father and I. Itโs a great workout for all of us. My sons Sensei is very impressed with his hard work and willingness to want to practice at home especially being only 8 years old. I can definitely see us upgrading in the future and will most likely continue with the Century Brand. For the durability of it and size it is a great starting point. You can either add sand or water to the base. We are using water at this time which seems to work for us. It is nice that you can move the bag part up and down to be able to punch and kick with it. The assembly is so easy and very simple to keep it clean. I usually use soap and water or if we have Clorox wipes Iโll use them.

It is what it is
It works really well, the top doesn't pop off, its stable. I would rather have gotten a heavy bag.

This thing is awesome!!!!
I thought I was in good physical condition, but on my last visit to my doctor, he suggested that I buy a heavy martial arts bag to really maximize my workouts. I owe the doc a really good dinner for the suggestion. In just two months, this bad boy has visibly enhanced my physical condition, especially my upper body. It does take a little ingenuity to get the base filled with sand if you have the bag inside the house, but once it's filled with sand, Katie bar the doors - this critter is awesome!! This and my hydraulic chest compression device are two of my favorite possessons. I pretty strongly recommend getting the rubber base mat for it (Amazon sells them). If you don't have the mat, the bag will tend to drift across the floor with repeated blows.

You Got A Trash Can For Christmas!
My two super-duper grandchildren (ages 6 and 9) are absolutely thrilled with this purchase. I had contacted their Dojo to find out which punching bag that they worked out on in class. It was this particular unit. This present arrived before Christmas and was in perfect shape. I told the kids as they tore open the packaging that it was a new recyclable trash can. That elicited some disapointment! But that all changed when they finished unboxing it! Even their parents took a shot at it but I had to stop them before they hurt themselves. At age 75 I was not about to chance it. Something to do "with age comes wisdom".

Martial Arts
My grandson is in martial arts-- this is his second year. This punching bag is one of his favorite activities. He's improved his kicks, and the maintenance is carefree.
