Let’s just say TikTok made me do it lol so I was looking for something to help start my weight loss journey but not give me to much energy being that I am already a hyper person by nature right didn’t want to be bouncing off the walls came across this Hispanic lady talking about this product and how it helped her to not only lose weight but tighten skin she also claimed that there were no diet and exercise needed wow 😯 ( sounds to good to be true) well I figured why not give it a try let’s just say this stay close to the bathroom 🚽 be because what goes in comes out but not uncomfortable there is no bad stomach aches or cramps as laxative would do ( a plus in my book ) just pressure in your bottom area letting you know it’s time to go 💩 The good this is the root is natural it’s not a pill 💊 it’s actually pieces of a root and they don’t play since I’ve been taking them I’ve lost 6 pounds and I don’t even take it every day as told to do on the bottle I’ll be sticking to this until my vacation in August and I’ll be posting before and after pictures I do hula hoop for 30mins a day with the weight hula hoop not needed but speeds up the progress

I maintained my weight. Once I hit 200 pounds, I’ll start working out again.I was a skeptic but I gave myself and my weight loss journey a chance. To see results, you’re going to have to change your eating habits and drink lots of water. I don’t workout but I have an active job. It took me two weeks to see minor changes and you’re going to poop lol it’s given due to its detoxing your system.

After 5 days or using this product i started to feel an unusual sense of exhaustion and very sleepy. Started sleeping for up to 12 hours straight and still woke up tired. I also began to feel tighten and chest pain. sick to my stomach and vomited twice. This product had me running to the bathroom frequently, tons of water must be consumed when taking this product if not you could easily get dehydrated. Warning: This product is not for everyone.. I do not recommend it, a week after I started taking it I felt very strong pain in my breasts, I could not even touch my clothes because it hurt, everything I ate gave me heartburn and even two weeks after I stopped taking them the symptoms

Tomar en cuenta todo esto ya que son efectos en más de una persona....
