Cuckoo Clock Bears in The Forest HO 86709/5Tko

Absolutely fabulous and amazing clock! Photographs do not do it justice. Setup was quickly achieved with the excellent clear concise included multilingual instructions that were easy to follow. Cuckoo bird and music are very good, and the dancers are great to see. I'm very happy with this purchase. Edit: I have had this clock for a month now and it is running very well, keeping time with the same daily precision as my Longines Swiss watch! I am THRILLED with this clock!!!!!

Nice clock but was advertised as playing two alternating songs and mine only plays one song. How can I get it to play both songs?

This item does not operate by the means specified. The number one purpose for buying this item is not being fulfilled. Sounds like this manufacturer does not quality test their products or perhaps they do not have the proper skills for this type of product.

This was a gift from my family and I love it! Pros: It is a beautiful clock and the music and chime are soft and lovely. It was a bit little larger than I expected with the carved bears, but it still fits nicely where I wanted to place it. It really had everything I wanted, 8 day mechanism, automated dancers, and the auto off at night and I Love the bears. Cons: Never having own one before the directions where a little wanting. I removed a wire that holds the chains in place when unpacking it and then on page 5 step 10 it says don’t remove this wire before now or your clock could be damaged and not under warranty for having removed the wire early. I got lucky and the chains did not come off but it was just luck. The cuckoo’s door sags a bit. But as a custom clock I guess it could be expected, but on the other hand for the cost one could expect perfection. This is subjective.

We have been lookng for a larger cuckoo clock for a while. Set-up is a little confusing probably because the instructions are from a German company. Once you get it placed on the wall and working correctly, it keeps perfect time. The carved bears on the clock match the decor in our cabin. Not only is it a clock, it's a decoration. The hourly chimes are loud enough to hear but not overwhelming. Since it's manual, the weights need to lifted every 5 days or so.

oh this clock is gorgeous! the bears are beautiful, nice sound rich tone with the music. I couldn't be more happier! read the directions carefully, what I wish they had was how to maintain the clock. I guess you have to oil and clean every 3-5 years.
