I ordered this case primarily because it is waterproof. The case passed my water test before I inserted my phone (30 seconds submerged in the sink). A lot of the more negative reviews I'd read said that the fingerprint sensor does not work. At first I thought the same thing. READ THE DIRECTIONS INCLUDED WITH THE CASE. I took the sensor sticker that was already on the inside of the case off, then put on one of the new ones (also included with the case--three extra) I immediately put the phone in the case, and used the cardboard 'squeezee' to get the sensor onto the phone so there were no bubbles, as the directions said you would need to do. The next step is re-adding your fingerprints into the phone, with your screen sensitivity turned on. You can find this setting by searching sensitivity. It came right up for me. Delete your past fingerprints, then follow the process to re-add them. After that, set your security settings as normal. I am very pleased with this case. Follow the directions, and you will be fine :)

Great on my Samsung ultra Note 20. Super snug and very strong. I have dropped my phone many times onto the concrete floor from my forklift, and my phone is in perfect condition.

My son really needed a durable sturdy case since he is always on the go with sports and bags get tossed and so far this has been wonderful for him.

I bought this a few years ago and I'm just now replacing it due to the screen protector coming off. It worked perfectly to protector my phone for $20. The photos I noticed over time weren't clear once I dropped my phone and the case broke a bit and dirt could now get inside. I was able to use it under water and take photos and videos they came out lovely but again once I dropped it and it was damaged I couldn't do that as often as I once was. This is over the corse of 2 or 3 years. I will still keep using this one till I can replace it as it does still do the great job of protecting my phone from being damaged as we know it is not a cheap phone.

It could have been 5 stars, but the camera face recognition and finger print did not work through this screen!! I had to cut holes!

I had to return the original cover after a few weeks because the seal from the front screen protector came apart and didnt protect it from water. The second cover lasted longer (about 9 months) but came apart at the plastic screen just like the first one. The protective plastic edging is thick and sufficient to stop corner/side damage if dropped. The bottom has a rubber construction o seal pen, charger and speaker ports. Drawback is it interfears with sound quality. Muffles your music or conversations. You have to keep the seal tabs manually open to get good sound. The front/back screen cover is semi thick plastic and probably will not deter your screen from cracking if directly hit. It will protect from scratches. Touch & pen commands are easy but the fingerprint area doesnt work. You have to use face recognition to use that security feature. The cover ultimately failed at being waterproof it was difficult to press commands when cover/phone was wet. I also find the camera shots are not as clear vibrant as without the cover. wiping of the lens area had to be done before photos were taken. I would look elsewhere for a cover that claims to be waterproof.

Need to keep phone dry when out on the water

Case is very sturdy, indeed waterproof, and not big and bulky! It shows off the back of my phone nicely and seems like great protection. Fingerprint reader half worked, but I ended up removing the case because I'm constantly using my finger print for authentication for my remote job. But not to worry, y'all, they send ya three replacement double-sided fingerprint stickies if the first one doesn't work out! Only thing is I forgot to mark the built in screen protector on the front side before I took the first fingerprint sticky off, and now I'm having trouble getting it exact. But that ok bc I have two more trys lol.

bought this phone case to replace my old one cuz it was a little scratched up. this one is $20more ($50 ) and the shipping was $53 . not even a week and the front screen popped out. the original case i bought was sold out. same exact thing but different design on the side. long story short its $103 for garbage and worse wen i attempted to use my warranty it wouldnt let me saying my recipt number is invalid. again this is all in 1 week.

I had already had a cover the same before that lasted me 18 months or a bit longer. The screen cover eventually came away from the frame so I bought this one knowing that it is a good quality which will last until I exchange my phone for upgrade.

Looks and feels nice.

Accidentally dropped and the screen popped up rendering it useless and not able to be water resistant let alone waterproof
