Pleasantly surprised. I am always skeptical until I try things of this nature, not that I am a non-believer, (many teas have natural health benefits). I usually have more faith in Asian teas than any others, just like my firm belief in Eastern medicine compared to Western medicine. To each their own simply put. Oolong Tea, however, works amazingly well. I generally like to try these teas as naturally as possible. So, no sugar, no milk, straight and as natural as it was boxed. Yes, if you drink it straight you will find it to be strong, like bully beef, however, in less than a week you will acquire a taste for it and within less than two weeks, if drank every day (I have a cup every evening after dinner), you will find some amazing results.I didn't purchase this tea because I'm overweight or have even the slightest weight issue. In fact, at 140lbs. (now under 140 because of the tea), I'm technically twenty pounds under what I should be for my age and height according to my physician. But, I always find that staying under the limit is better, not that I actually try. In any case, the tea allowed my body to drop six pounds in less than a month. Now, I am at 134lbs. This doesn't mean that you can eat whatever you like and think the tea is going to drop the fat from your body. I would still recommend eating a healthy diet and even drinking this twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Aside from weight loss, I found that I was sleeping better too.I will now try the other natural eastern teas as Oolong seems to be quite promising. I would absolutely highly recommend this tea and especially by BIGELOW too, one of the least expensive brands on the market and let's face the facts, you're getting pretty much the same type of blend of Oolong, what difference does it make if you purchase this tea from a more-than reputable company that charges less than a hot-shot company charging over $30 from across the country. Personally, I have more faith in a business that's been around since the turn of the century. It shows they must be doing something right for a change.

Back during my childhood there was this local chinese food restaurant our family was friends with, I distinctly remember the taste of the Oolong Tea there to this day. While it only happens probably once every 10 brews I am able to make this tea taste like that and it's great. Occasionally probably once per box I get a bag that just doesn't hit right but 5% chance to have a meh cup of tea is fine when the taste of the average is great.I'm not saying this is the best Oolong Tea I've ever had, definitely not, but for the taste it has the low price is a surprise.
