Wonderful & effective!
Oh my gosh I love my foam roller. I thought it might be too hard & dense at first but after a week of using it my body adjusted and my softer foam roller just isn't enough on most areas anymore. I'm a massage therapist and I get tight everywhere... I use this to roll out my entire back, neck, upper arms, forearms, glutes, legs & feet (balancing on the roller & stretching that fascia on the bottom of the feet is great for plantar fasciitis). I like to use it after a hot shower or hot tub soak so I am loosened up a bit. It is so efficient that I'm able to spend less time on self care/stretching than I used to. Hallelujah! With the accompaniment of a couple tennis balls to get into the small spots that's all I need. I use the smallest 12" size so I can transport it around with me to different offices, but I finally just got a 2nd one so I can always have one at my main office as well as home. When I realized how dependent I am on my foam roller I thought I really ought to write a review. I've also seen reviews of other brands saying they fell apart, and this one is super sturdy. I've been using it at least once a day for roughly 6 months and it looks and feels exactly the same as the brand new one that I just received. I have a feeling it will probably last forever. Like, really forever, to the detriment of the environment. Uh, anyway great product

Small in length but powerful in health
A foam roller was recommended by my Chiropractor to help my shoulders. This one came with a very helpful little booklet about many ways it can be used. I like the small length because it's easier to take on trips. If you are wide person you will want a wider one but for me about 6 feet tall and 190 lbs it works just fine. It gives me fantastic relief to my back and I can hear the bones moving back into place when I roll on it. Don't get me wrong this was painful at first, but now I look forward to it and welcome the relief it brings. I've also used this on my leg muscles and lower back. Love it!

Good firm, quality, (will last a long time)
I am a huge fan of foam rollers. Using your own weight to massage my neck and back are super easy and you can even sleep with it under your legs at night. I did this after back surgery and it really helps. In fact, I had suffered for many years arching my back over sofa's arms and off the end of my bed, its almost comical in hind-sight. This is my fourth foam roller, I recommend this type in particular because it has a PVC core, covered with, foam that lasts and lasts. Reehut offered the best type of roller at the best price point. I bought the 12" so I could take it with me everywhere. All the rest of my rollers are full-sized 36" The white foam roller is softer but does NOT keep its' shape like this type.

great for back cracking!
Obligatory I am not a doctor, consult a doctor before use statement.I bought this to help with getting some movement in the upper thoracic region of my spine by rolling on it. I sit for long hours at a desk so I struggle with having good posture. I weigh 125lbs and as soon as I laid back on this and rolled around, it was firm enough for me to get immediate movement and release. It felt amazing. I can't speak for longevity as I have only used it once, but some people pay $500 to get their back cracked once so I think I got my money worth.

Very firm roller.
Bought the 12 inch long, 6" diameter round. Use it for lots of different exs. Have not had this very long, so can't attest to durability. But it is firm enough to stand on (wt. about 200 lb) for balance ex. and rolling along the plantar fascia (along the bottom length of the feet), with minimal compression of the foam. (If you try standing on it, have something sturdy within reach to hold onto for safety, lol!) A longer roll might work better for balance stuff, since most people position feet wider apart to practice balance exs. But really like that this roller is very firm.

It works!
The roller is as described. I weight about 170 lbs. I use it underneath my thorasic vertebre, it was an overnight success! Laying on it, even though has a little neck strain, takes the pressure off of the anterior part of my spine, where the pain originates from. The roller holds up under my weight, and if I lay on it for 10-15 minutes, my back pain is gone. I love finding a modality that isn't time consuming or involves drugs!

Great for immediate relieve of back discomfort
I’ve always had back issues, and sitting in front of a computer all day doesn’t help my back. This worked great tolling against the wall and doing squats. Anytime I feel like my back doesn’t feel great, I use this and I immediately feel better. The roller is too think to lay on though and it’s a little short. I highly recommend getting smaller in diameter but longer in length.

Great for massage and muscle relief
I purchased this to massage my legs after workouts. I have used this for many months now. It has certainly helped alleviate my muscle soreness after every sessions. I would add that it may take a little bit of getting used to when starting out, and slightly painful especially with the firm points that press into the muscles, but works great for muscle tightness and you will feel better afterwards.

Excellent quality and durability
Excellent quality foam roller. Has kept its shape well and does not break off at the corners like some of this style of foam roller does.So far I have used it for a couple of months with no warping. It does seem that if I use it extensively on my lower or upper back, where I could place a lot of weight on it for an extended time, it could begin to warp a little. This is a firm roller than can last a good while I expect. I don't expect it to last forever though.

100% saving/fixing my back ❤️
I find this FANTASTIC! I got the 60” one, which is perfect for my back. I have Spondylolethesis (disc slip) in L4/5 and I roll my back on this and it feels amazing, as I do after. Quite often your back makes little clicks and it’s just so good, feels like everything’s being pushed back into place, given up on Chiro, didn’t help me at all just caused more pain and so expensive, this is like having deep tissue massage but I think better!! Because I’m lying on it my whole weight is used to push up and down my back which feels like you’re ‘ironing out’ all your muscles and tension release is just so good, had to let people know! Super quick delivery too. I’ve tried a couple of rollers and this one is sooo the best and great price. I think a smooth one like this one is much better than those hollow ones with nodules in them, they hurt plus I cracked the hollow one very easily after about 2 days and I’m not that heavy! There just rubbish. You need it solid like this, this will last forever. For a ‘drop in the ocean’ price this is 100% saving my back. Thank you xxxx

It works as long as you use it correctly.
I use this product normally twice a day to help with aches and pains from sport. It comes with a small book on how to use the roller but I just use YouTube as a guide. I immediately noticed a decrease in back ache and general sluggishness overall. I think the product is great, it's sturdy I have no problems with it so far.

Basic but does the job
Very compact styrofoam. I thought this as a temp replacement when I left my normal roller at my parents. The quality of this is good but poorer than the more expensive ones. It doesn't have much give (not being soft foam). It did however still roll my calves out well. It looks a bit cheap but then again it doesn't cost a fortune.
