Customized my name and love the way it came out! I did silver and so far it has not turned out tarnished. It has not bent it broke and I haven’t taken it off in months.

A beautiful personalized gift for my granddaughter and I am 100% happy with my purchase. While customizing the pendant and chain you must be sure to choose the 925 sterling silver option and the price will fluctuate according to length of chain, style of pendant, and your choice of medal. I have seen reviews where the customer was unhappy due to it not being real silver. Mine is definitely real 925 sterling silver but I had to choose it from the medal option and like I said the price went up accordingly. Both chain and pendant are 925 sterling silver. I know that my granddaughter will absolutely love this.

The quality is very well made. But the name on the necklace bends. It worries me it might break. It doesn't turn your skin green.

It did miss Christmas Deadline unfortunately, but received right after. It was very well made and customized. Great value and quality! Was a 10 year old boy for his FB and Motorcross #! He loved it!

Looks nice just what I wanted. Issue they do not put the correct clasps to connect the chain. They give a little o for the clasp to connect too. I sat for 10 minutes trying to connect the ends together and gave it to my daughter. I do not have fake nail or anything that would hinder me from put the two together. The plate is not marked 925 to show it is sterling silver which is what I ordered. Now I have to go to the jeweler and see if it is real and if it is pay for the correct clasp.

I've purchased a few personalized necklaces on Amazon and I have never had any issues. I love all of them until now. I purchased the layer necklace and the personalized names are done in such a dark metal you can barely read them. They are not shiny or anything just a dull dark metal. Shipping was great and accuracy was perfect! Just wish they would use a lighter metal.
