Much better than the old two strap versions. It was actually a little tight the first two nights I wore it. I like the 3 straps - I can get one hooked really well under my occipital bone, and pull the other one up high to the top of my head. This doesn't seem to move around as much as the 2 strap version. Will definitely buy again.

What these lack in give for my giant head, they make up in having the strap split 3 ways -- low, mid, and high. That really helps CPAP stay in place. Moreover, it holds its shape nicely despite weekly washes. I find I can wear this quite comfortably for 4+ months at a time. Given the price, rather than mess with the little adjustment clips that allow you to adjust for lack of elasticity and expansion, I simply replace it. Great value.

My insurance company only allows me to get head straps once every 6 months and of course it is the first thing that wears out in my CPAP supplies. So finding that I could get some inexpensively here I was quite happy. However, these are extremely tight. They're a little bit too short for an adult size head. So instead of putting the back of the strap along the crown of my head like usual, I kind of wear it lower, so it doesn't bother my nose as much. They seem to be well made and should last a while, but they're just a little too tight.

Really good fit and quality for the price! Why pay for the expensive name brands when you can purchase this for less, plus it really fits very well!

I ordered the headset for the P10 and I got tired of or originals stretching out so fast. This looked like a good concept and I was hopeful ,but..... 1.) the headset arrives shorter than the original by 1"-2" so for me, it was already pulling tight against my nose and it actually hurt after an hour or two. 2.) The elastic is not as stretchy and while it does have clips to make it tighter, I needed the exact opposite. 3.) The headstrap has 3 slits to supposedly make the headgear more secure, but they are so short that they really don't spread out so they almost act as a solid strap. Maybe with a smaller head they might work better but they do need to lenghten the slits in the straps. I tried them again a month later, but still l didn't work and in the trash they went.
