Does what I needed it to do
This is a very effective under-voltage detecting, circuit interrupting relay device. It filled my need perfectly. Using its basic programming tools, I set it to trigger at 100VAC (to open the NC relay), to re-establish continuity (close the NC relay) at 110VAC, and to restore the relay in 10 sec. With these settings, the next time my home experiences a brownout to <100VAC or below, input power to my UPS will be cut to Zero, thus causing the UPS to engage. For less that $20, this is a great value.

For 50 Hz frequency
I missed reading that this was for 50 Hz instead of a 60 Hz frequency.

This is a Very Useful and Highly Configurable Device at a Very Reasonable Cost
There are many systems, machines, etc. which are sensitive to variations in supply voltage, both higher and lower than optimum. Voltages out of range can affect many different operating parameters and can result in reduced product quality and consistency as well as also actual damage to the equipment/machine being used or data loss. Since you cannot always completely control your power quality in some situations and can experience load related surges as well as low voltage brownouts having a device which can simply interrupt power in a controlled manner inexpensively can be very desirable. This device can also be used to prevent rapid power on and off cycles which can occur during times of power instability. Unfiltered, that type of interruption/restoration/instability can cause big problems with many systems.This device is rated at 120 volts at 40 - 80 Amps load, depending on the model chosen. It is highly configurable. It can be easily programmed directly on the device to interrupt power when voltage exceeds and/or drops below a preset level. You can also program the length of time the voltage must stay out of range in order to trigger the device, as well as the length of time the device stays interrupted after it is triggered. The device also includes a convenient highly visible voltage display.This little device has a lot of features and is highly configurable for a very reasonable price. I am using it in front of a data processing system which includes a UPS system. I have issues with power stability at times which normally only last 5 - 10 seconds. During this time the UPS toggles on and off as power fluctuates. This sometimes causes the UPS to miss a beat because of strange power/phase waveforms it sees, and the power to the system actually drops. With this device, it doesn't detect the power reduction as quickly as the UPS. The UPS responds in milliseconds. But, I have it set to power off on high or low voltage responding at the minimum 100 millisecond setting and stay off for one minute. During this time, the UPS takes over. After the one minute, I am normally out of the window of instability, the power is restored by this device and the UPS toggles off and goes into charge mode. This device performs beautifully.This little Voltage Protector Relay is an excellent little device. It easily gets five stars.

Not as advertised
Came as minimum high voltage of 208 50 hz. Not much use on a 120 volt 60 hz system
