I was a little skeptical at first. The shape of this pillow was nothing like I've ever seen or used. It took me a couple of minutes to try the different "options"The pillow contours work very well for my neck. And I like that it's also shaped so that side sleeping works good. Previously I had to keep fighting with my pillow trying to fluff it the right way to get the support I wanted. But now I don't have to anymore.I'm glad it comes with a washable cover. Because there will be plenty of sleep drooling now.The box mentioned a potential smell emanating from the pillow at first. So I just laid it out on the table for a couple of hours and the first night I didn't notice a smell at all.

So, this is hard to review. When it arrived, it smelled like a really strong mildew scent which, I thought was probably just from being in the airtight bag and that maybe it just needed time to air out. But the smell didn’t go away or get better in the two weeks that I had it. The hard part was that the pillow was absolutely perfect and gave me a fantastic sleep, but the smell was unbearable. So I tried to wash it in my washer, probably not the best idea. But it took over 6 cycles to dry and now it’s hard and not even close to feeling the same way it did when I first bought it. I’m really sad cause this pillow was finally solving my neck problems but, im honestly unsure of where I go from here. Perfect pillow, terrible smell, doesn’t wash, hard as a rock now

My job is become busy since the new project recently, and I feel stressful these days. I can barely have a good rest. There are always have things to consider in my mind. I am exhausted after work in everyday. The strange thing is even I feel my body tired, I can’t fall asleep in a short time, I still need to take a long time relax my mind and then I can fall asleep. One time I saw this Sagino memory foam pillow on Amazon. It gave me a very relax feeling, then I bought it for a try. Delivery was fast, arrived after few days. I used it in the first night, it really made me feel relax and fall asleep fast. The pillow was soft but with strong support, and the higher side can hold my head and keep my head from turning left or right. I had an awesome rest at that night. Also, my neck pain got relieved too. I would definitely recommend this pillow to my family and my friends.

Why did I bother ordering this. I am a true side sleeper, this pillow is terrible. It supports your neck, somewhat, but then your head is left hanging over the edge, which causes strain on your neck. So there is no head support. I've tried the pillow in both directions to no avail. It does not work for me. Additionally, I saw a lot of reviews saying that the pillow was so soft....compared to what? Sandpaper, sure; an itchy wool sweater, sure; a cactus, sure. This pillow was soooooooo not for me. I'm glad others found comfort, but I did not. They do have excellent customer service though, I was very happy with their willingness to help resolve my issue. Kudos to them for this!

I have to say I’m a little surprised by the reviewers who say they aired this out for a day or two and were able to use this pillow just fine. The smell is awful and I have been airing it out for over a week now. I’ve left it on my back porch in the breeze for several day in a row, and I had even read online that the smell from memory foam could be alleviated with baking soda, so I tried that too. I am a little more sensitive than others might be, but my boyfriend agrees that the smell is still going strong. I am going to try to sleep with it tonight, but it still doesn’t smell great...hopefully the comfort will be worth it. My neck needs a good pillow!

The god awful chemical smell does not dissipate. I let it air out for 3 days in my garage, one day outside in the sun and it still smells awful. I stuck it in 3 pillowcases and it still smells so strong. Husband agrees the smell is quite strong will be returning as this doeant feel safe. I underatand off gassing and giving it time, but this is bad. I bought this because I am a side sleeper but I have to say in the couple of hours I tried to sleep on it, it wasn't a good design for me. I like to put my arm under my pillow sometimes and you can't really do that with this pillow. My search for a decent pillow continues!

I love this pillow. I love the two sides for different sleeping positions. My favorite is the side sleeping side. It keeps pressure off your shoulders and supports your neck like it says it will. The shipping was literally overnight. Now my Mom wants one too. Perfect gift for others you know need it. Perfect and pleasantly surprising pillow.REVISED INFO: I have found another use for this pillow that is awesome. If you take the pillow and use the side sleeping part with the hump-like wings and put this behind your back with the wings down, it makes a great back support pillow if you are sitting up in bed. It molds to your back and gives it awesome support. I really, really love this pillow. It looks funky but it is perfect for me. Hint: I use a wedge pillow with it and it adds so much support and if you are a snorer it will keep your snoring.

I've had this pillow for about two weeks now, and I have not been able to use it because of the odor. I have left it outside for days, put it in ventilated rooms, sprayed it with febreze, etc., and nothing will clear the odor. The odor gives me a headache. I am disappointed because I really need something for neck support but cant use the pillow.
