I wanted a tracker for my bicycle just in case anything happens to it, so I bought the best I could get. It works great and is pretty accurate in terms of location tracking. It has the AR feature but I only have the Galaxy S22, not the Plus or Ultra, so I unfortunately don't have that feature to use, which is surprising. In terms of battery life of the tracker, it seems to have sufficient battery life. It's been four months now on the OEM battery and it says that the battery is low. However, I feel like this could just be the bug/glitch that everyone else is getting. It says the battery is low even though it isn't. When you take the battery out and put it back in, it says the battery is normal, and it stays like that for a while. I have already done this before and might do it again to see. Overall, if you have a phone that supports the AR feature, I'd recommend this. If you don't have a phone that does, then just get the regular Smart Tag, not the Plus. Save some money.

I was headed on a very long trip across South America, so bought two of the SmartTag+ devices. Sitting in my living room, they were a piece of cake to connect. I put them in my pocket, planning to drop them in my suitcases later.Except I forgot.Then I did laundry.An hour later, I went to put my clothes from the washing machine (which was set to Heavy wash, for an hour) into the dryer. As I pulled out the soaking wet clothes, one of my SmartTags fell out of the washing machine; I had forgotten it in my pants pocket, then washed my pants. The poor little electronic device was thoroughly soaked. My heart sank from paying so much money for two of these, and now both were put through the wash, hadn't even made it a day.Somehow, unbelievably, they still worked. Perfectly. For the next few days I expected them to die at any moment... they never did. I'm blown away. How can a little electronic device survive an hour in a washing machine that's set on Heavy soil? And not just one survived; both did!That was a month ago, and I've been in South America ever since. They've been great!One little note; one of them has a very low battery, and the other one has half its battery gone. But I read other reviews prior to purchasing, and know their batteries don't last long. I brought two spare batteries with me, ready to change when needed. It's an easy task for such an amazing little tracking device, well worth it!

I recently purchased the Galaxy Smart Tag + as I wanted a tracking device for my keys as well as for my luggage on an upcoming trip. We have all heard horror stories of lost luggage and being able to precisely locate it is an invaluable feature and time saver!**Design**The Smart Tag+ looks very similar to the regular Galaxy Smart Tag. The outside is made of a hard, matte style plastic and appears to be very durable upon first inspection. The middle of the tracker acts as a button that you can use to locate your cell phone OR to start a routine using the Smart Things interface (think turning on your porch lights). The tracker also has a key ring hole for easy hookup to your keys.ConnectivitySet up for the SmartTag+ was fairly simple. You are directed to install the SmartThings app on your phone and use this app to set up the smart tag and configure it to your phone or device. I have had 0 connection issues in my brief time using it. The SmartTag+ differs from the regular Smart Tag in that the tracking on it is more precise. In lieu of a bar showing you how close you are to the Tag, you can actually see the distance to it and use your camera to find it with AR (arrows to direct you in real time). This feature is only available for smart phones with a UWB (Ultra-Wide Band) Chip. See the details on the listing for more information. This feature seems to work fairly accurately and should be a god send when trying to locate your luggage at a baggage claim carousel.**Battery**As other reviewers have noted, the battery on this Tag burns fairly quick (about 20-30 days). I am not sure if this is because I am constantly carrying it with me (key chain) or not but it will require battery replacement. Luckily it uses a standard watch style battery that my key fob also uses, and so I have plenty of replacements on hand. That being said, I could see this being frustrating for some and I do not believe the regular smart tag has this issue.**Conclusion**Overall I am very happy with my purchase of the Galaxy Smart Tag+. Paired with my S23 Ultra, this tracker will help me locate my keys if lost and my luggage if needed (I sincerely hope not). As a pure tracker, it seems to work very well and I can see multiple real life applications where such a device could come in handy. If you are purchasing this, I would be sure to buy some backup batteries just in case, depending on how you will use it.

Bought this for a friend. Very accurate. Although I am in SG, this tag was brought to Korea and is able to track real time in Korea using my Samsung HP when I am in SG.

Battery life is good. Been using for 2+ weeks, and battery is still sufficient. Uses Samsung Smartthings to connect and track SmartTag+. I wish the prices for SmartTag+ can be more affordable.

Todo funciona excelente y tiene buen rango de conexión, el problema es que a veces marca batería baja y ni siquiera es en clima frío o caliente, si sacas la batería y la metes de nuevo, vuelve a decir que está bien por unos días. Eso puede ser molesto.
