Is there a connection diagram for this item, I can't get mine to work.

I did try to buy a replacement centrifugal switch but they are all very complicated and come from China. Sadly - the electronic variety did not work as expected - and I gave up trying. The motor is now not working.

Is there a time delay for restarting motor, on the 2000watt to 4300 watt switch please?
