Bottom part of sphere is not quite clear. Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry to say, I had the same issue and returned the item. I haven’t found a better solution. Our son and a neighbor both have the LG refrigerator model that makes round ice cubes, which I really like as they don’t melt fast. However, as expensive as the refrigerator is, it still makes cloudy ice cubes.

What is the diameter of the ice Spheres?

The diameter of the spheres is 2".

Are the balls 2" or 1.75"? The website says 1.75" and on a sphere that is a significant difference in mass.

Definitely on the smaller size. Not a traditional ice ball. Not something I would purchase again or recommend.

I bought the product but the bottom 1/4 or so is not clear. Any suggestons?

Make sure the container is at least room temperature before filling with water, and use filtered water. You can fill the first part of the silicone with warm water and then the ice tray with cold to help the process.
