La Hacienda Monterrey Chimenea Log Burner Chiminea

Easy to build. Probably easier with 2 people for initial placement and support of parts but I managed solo without too much trouble. Easy to clean out after use and very effective. I have bought a weather cover as I think it will last a lot longer with some protection. Quality is ok slight concern with door hinge life but let’s see what happens. I had a couple of washers missing but tcould still assemble.

Firstly if you think this is a one piece chimenea you are mistaken, you have to build it.The basic design is ok however the quality leaves a lot to be desired. The general sturdiness is just not quite what it should be. The door latch did not line up correctly, and the hinge is probably going to be the first casualty The rear bolt hole that fits the main bowl, top & bottom together, it was that far out of alignment, that we had to drill a new hole.Overall it kicks out a lot of heat and does what it says on the tin.If it was around the £120 mark I think it would be nearer the price for the quality.

Bit fiddly to assemble and the quality is not as high quality as I would have expected for the price but it does what it says on the tin so am happy with it overall.

Bought this item for my son,s birthday. He absolutely loved it. Easy to assemble and a lovely size. Kept us all warm sitting around it when outside. Being made from cast iron we know it will last a very long time.

This is a very flimsy burner, from the description stainless steal and cast iron and the cost we presumed it would be more sturdy. The funnel was bent and left gaps, the door didn't close properly. It was very poor value for the price. Think the only thing that was cast iron was the 2 round handles. I can't imagine this product would last more than a sumer. We returned and received a full refund. Excellent customer service.

Fairly easy to construct, one screw on first chimney part just won’t line up so had to leave it it out. Grill part is on 2 pieces and cannot see how this fits at all. Looks good though. Previous chiminea lasted 6 years, this is not as robust and don’t think it will last as long.
