What is the highest temperature this pan can withstand? Example 450 degrees for 4 hours?

We have been using it at higher temperature in the restaurant (600) not for 4 hours. I think it will be fine.

Can you use metal utensils in it?

If it is good copper you can. Would not use it in non stick fake copper pan.
