Very Adjustable
It is very nice and sturdy. It both tilts, and raises up for larger clients as you can see in the pic. Someone mentiined that it worked on their Oakworks table, but it does not fit my Oakworks portable table. I'm sad to have to return it, but hopeful to find the right one. :-)

As expected
This guy started out pretty tight, which is a nice place to start. The crank has loosened up a little, but is still tight enough that my clients mostly won't adjust it themselves. If that is your preference, this is a bonus. If it's not, well, maybe in 6 months it will be a little looser.

Not for professional use
I am a chiropractor and needed a replacement headpiece for my therapy table in my office. I tried a plastic one which snapped due to a child that tried climbing on it. In order to prevent this from happening again, I decided to order a metal one, thinking it would be more durable. However, the hinge joint on this product broke within the first week of use, strictly from head pressure. No matter how I try to tighten it, the head piece continues to collapse under minimal pressure. Spend a little extra and get something different, but to be honest I have boughten a few and I cant find anything worth the money.

Pretty good
I’ve been a CMT since 2008. I’ve used all kinds of tables from Earthlight, Oakworks, to the “bargain basement” tables. My headrest from on of my cheapo tables broke and this one does the trick. I’ve only used it twice but it does what it is supposed to. I’ll update in a few months and let y’all know how it’s holding up.

The media could not be loaded. I had to replace my face cradle after eight years of use. New face cradle is very sturdy, exact fit.My massage table is from Sierra Comfort. Zero complaints, thank you Sierra.

Sturdy
So far seems really sturdy. The hinges of my previous head rests seem to loosen quickly and this does not. Fits a standard massage table designed for this kind of head rest. Adjustable up and down as well as tilt.
