A cool looking bottle with a long-lasting tight seal
Was a hit with my boy who is a big super hero fan. Looks cool but fiured it would start leaking within a few months of abuse as we had gone thru a number of cheap plastic bottles in the past. 8 months later to my surprise, it shows no sign of wear around the cap, seal or spout. The cap is well designed with a simple clasp that makes easy for little hands to open and close yet maintains a tight seal while closed. My kid often experiences leaks with screw-on tops but never with this one. The bat print lasted 7-8 months before starting to fade. But even without the bat, the bottle retains its cool factor.

It's a Bottle that holds Water....
Was brought for a rough and tough second grader for their soccer season. All and I mean all plastic water bottles have been stolen or broken. Usually broken... For whatever reason they all seem to like to kick one anothers bottle during practice. Don't ask me why, yes I'm like what the heck... Anyway, my child also likes to throw their bottle into the air and "attempt" to catch it. This is how their bottles were usually broken. This bottle survived. Bottles usually grew legs and walked off if they were too flashy. This design was subtle enough not to draw too much attention to its self but had the design of the super hero my child wanted. My kid enjoys it. The bottle survived the soccer season without a blemish.Only gripe was the learning curb for the latch of the bottle. You have to get part of your finger under the front lip and gently pull out and up. With other bottles one would usually just push up and it would easily open. This is a good thing if you or your child are toss it on a ground kind of people. It won't open so easily.Tip:As with anything with gaskets (rubber rings), you have to take them out to clean the bottle properly. I'll suggest using a plastic or wooden chopstick because the gaskets are super snug in place. Gently run the chopstick around the gasket until it lifts just enough to grab with a finger or chopstick. Using metal utensils will probably tear the gasket. When replacing the gaskets, use the chopstick again to gently push back into place.Follow the directions. It's hand wash with warm soapy water and let it air dry. It's a decent bottle and I'm sure it will survive the dishwasher but others complained about the design coming off. I hand wash this bottle daily and the design has not budged. The dishwasher will probably speed up the process of removing the design so don't be lazy. 😉
