Used in almost every restaurant kitchen that I know of.
If you have never tried these blended spices you are really missing out. I was turned on to them from a resturant chef that is a close friend. He told me that I would not be disappointed and he was right. Now I can duplicate some of those south of the border recipes that were always difficult to get them right. Could not be happier!
