Great customer support
So let me begin by saying that I have bought a few electric scooters mainly to travel like a few miles away.... by far this is the best scooter to purchase for every single reason which I’ll say.The battery life will go further then most , the charge time is super fast (3 hours). The wire for the breaks you don’t see like most bikers the design is nice . The speed is good (12.5 miles per hour on third speed and 8 when going on a hill). Came super fast and with the best customer care who will help in any way (thanks Daniel ) . Super reliable and much better in my opinion then 99 percent of all electric scooters. Also the assembly took one min (just need to screw the side bars which takes 2 sec). I hope in the future they will make one go even faster although this one is the best one especially for the money

Amazing scooter!!
I'll start off by saying, I normally never leave a review on a product... NEVER, and I get a lot of stuff on amazon. First off, the speed. The ad says it goes up to 15.5 mph and so does the owners manual. However with the third speed setting it has no issues going up to 25 mph for me on flat ground and will usually stay around 16 mph going up a hill. The battery time just coming out of the box was about 2.5 hours and charge time is a little lengthy up to 4 hours to charge, but well worth the wait. I use it to commute from my train stop to my job which is about a 35 minute walk shortened to about an 8 minute ride which is great! It is very comfortable going over all the bumps and cracks in the DC area which there are a lot of. The folding mechanism is very easy to use and the weight of the scooter is not much, which is nice for carrying onto and off of a train. Taking it out of the box and assembling is suuuuuuppppeeerrrrr easy, takes like 2 minutes. The only reason I give it 4 stars is shipping time. I ordered with 2 day shipping and it took 3 weeks to get to me. Even during the pandemic I understand that it will take longer due to increased volumes of shipment but I still think 3 weeks was a little long for the wait. I would give it 4.5/5 If I could because the wait is a minor inconvenience and I am sure that it would not be as bad outside of a quarantine timeline. But I am very happy that I have it now! The LED display came a little scratched but I am okay with that cause I can still see the display completely fine and I am looking ahead of me while riding so it is not a big deal.

Great scooter for the money.
I've put over 200 miles on this scooter so far. The quality is decent. I had an issue with the rear fender bracket breaking while it was folded. I contacted their support page and then they sent me the incorrect part. I reached out to the company again then they finally sent me the correct part. Overall the scooter rides well and performs as it should. Most of the bad reviews on this scooter are just user error. It states in the manual and also common sense to check tire pressure in the front tire since there is a tube. It's like checking pressure in a bicycle tire. Simple. I ensure that there is the correct amount of tire pressure in the front wheel before taking it out. If the tire pressure is low of course it will ruin the valve and the tube. I wish some of these reviewers would actually have some common sense. This is a great scooter for the money. I would highly recommend. It will have a 1 year warranty as well from the original manufacturer.

Love this scooter, inner tube however...
Ok, so, like most the complaints in the reviews the original inner tube for the front tire is trash. My popped after about 2 weeks. I'm assuming they just use poorly made cheap ones. Whatever. We easily replaced it, and its been running perfect for months now. I ride it a mile to and from work every day, use it to go to the shops near my house, etc. Its a good scooter. I'm a 250 pound man and it still easily gets up to full speed. Its a great scooter for the price.

Decent Scooter
Took it out for a ride with my daughter. It was fun riding before the front wheel went flat. I put air in it again and before I could take it back out, it was flat again. I guess my front tire has a leak or isn't fully against the rim; not sure. I wish it were faster. Most adults will probably only hit between 10-12 mph on this thing. My daughters electric scooter can actually keep up with this scooter. I was very surprised about that. I can't even race her because she would probably win.The scooter does seem well built with the exception of the front tire. I want to find an airless tire if possible. That would make this scooter great.Lastly, when I bought it, I assumed you could accelerate from a dead stop by pressing the throttle. Not the case. You have to kick off, then press the throttle to accelerate. Not that big of a deal. Takes me back to my younger years.

Sturdy and well-built, but I had issues
I received this scooter around the end of June. I rode it once with no problems, and then the more I rode it, the wheels started to resist. I can’t even ride the scooter anymore, I don’t know how to fix it or if I even can. When I would fully charge the battery (4 hours like the manual says), I would turn it on, and the battery level would be at 0. I had to turn it off and on 5 times to get the battery back to normal, and when I would try to accelerate, the wheels just wouldn’t move. The scooter is well-built and sturdy, but I shouldn’t have any problems with it the first few times I’m riding it, especially for over almost $400. I want to ride and use it, but I can’t.

Great speed and batery life
I maybe writing a little early. But this is my first day using it. And it is nice. A lerning curve for sure. Right now im having a hard time starting i keep almost faling off but it is clear that is user (me) error not the scotter, with experience i will get it down. The battery lasted longer then estimated battery power will deminish over time as all batterys do. But for now i got to and from work (5 mils each way) with the scouter just geeting to 1 power bar when i got home (0%-25%). So far im loving this and VERY happy with this product. Hophly it stays as good as day 1 was.

The media could not be loaded.
