I tried to make this product work but simply could not tolerate it. While the idea is novel and theoretically should work, it misses when it comes to holding your tongue out properly. Despite even max suction my tongue would eventually slip out. In addition, it put negative pressure on my tongue creating a weird tingling sensation. When it wasn’t doing this, my saliva was being mass produced due to the object choking me in my own saliva at times. Was not a pleasant experience. On top of that, this expensive piece of plastic is non refundable. Buyer beware

Update - I contacted customer service because of the issue of the product rubbing against my gum and being uncomfortable. They offered to send me a brand new one that is smaller in size. I initially started with the larger mouthpiece, and while it did stop my snoring, it was uncomfortable and rubbed against my gums. They gladly sent me the smaller mouthpiece free of charge. I've been using the smaller size for a few nights now, and it has made a big difference. It is much more comfortable, still stops my snoring, and doesn’t cause any irritation. I’ve tried other products in the past that also helped with snoring, but they caused jaw pain or led to shifting in my teeth over time. This time, I was really looking for something gentler, and I think I’ve finally found it. This mouthpiece is comfortable, doesn’t hurt my jaw, doesn’t shift my teeth, and most importantly, it works. I'm very happy with it and highly recommend it!

1st - too expensive for what you get. Outrageous. But I was willing to try anything once. 2nd - even with the 1st night this was so uncomfortable. Your tongue is pulled so far forward that your bottom teeth press against the bottom of your tongue so much that it feels like your teeth are cutting through your tongue. 3rd - the suction on your tongue is lost within a matter of 30mins. You have to keep getting up and drying off the mouthpiece in order to try to get suction again. You can not sleep through the night like this. After just one night of wearing the mouthpiece as is told in the instructions, my tongue was so sore the next day that it hurt to eat anything. Dont waste your time or money on this item.

So this device really didn't work for me. I just couldn't stand it. It basically locks your tongue forward by using suction in a bulb that sits between your front teeth. It's a very wierd thing to have in your mouth and it's difficult to get on and off. As someone who tends to clench their teeth, that just didn't work. The device is a simple flexible plastic/rubber thing. Not going to lie, it seems way overpriced for what it is. The good news is that I sent them an email and they gave me a complete refund in less than 24 hours. That's what saved them from getting a 1-star review.

I have been using this for about 10 years. It was not available on Amazon when I first started using it, but that's how I buy them now. It works great for me and I have not snored since I started using it. 100% cured. It took me a few nights (maybe a week) to get used to it, but I no longer snore and I've become accustomed to it and find it comfortable. Also, my previous device was a hard plastic mouth guard that hurt my jaw. While that thing worked, I had to stop using it as it was causing jaw issues. This is much easier for long term use and the only "problem" is that now I can't really sleep without it. There are a few spots on my gums that were irritated by it when I first started using it, but then I trimmed off a few spots and it solved the problem. Now when I start a new one, I use the cutouts on the old one as a template. I have recommended this to several people over the years and about half of them have had success while it didn't work for the others. I agree with some of the reviewers that it is an expensive price for a simple product, but if it works to stop you from snoring it is well worth it for you and anyone who shares your bedroom. They last about 6 months for me, so it's about 50 cents a day. Good luck!

This item did not work, maintains suction on the tip of my tongue until I fell asleep at which point my tongue popped right out, causing me to wake up, it was a nightmare. Kept me up all night, does not do what it says it’s supposed to do.
