Once set up it provides a clear image with easy to use aiming of camera from phone app. Just slide your finger along the app to direct the camera in the direction of your choice.It can be a little tricky to get set up but once competed it will be worth your effort.PRO:Very sharp and clear image.You can get very quick support for this product right in the app with fast response times which is something I have not see with other products of this type.Can use either via a WiFi connection or a hard wired Ethernet cable.CONS:Is not POE so if you want to have that option you will need to purchase a separate POE adapter to send power to camera over an Ethernet cable. This is irrelevant if your using just WiFi, you just need a long power cable to get the power from the included power supply to the camera's location.It is really not the camera for you if your plan is to integrate it into an multi camera security system unless they are all of the same type and would work within the same app.

Camera worked awesome until the latest firmware update bricked my camera. NO LONGER WORKS tried resetting both soft and hard reset and it does nothing. completely disappointed the fact there update did this.UPDATE: So I ordered a replacement the shipper thought they were funny and sent a wrong plug adapter for another country so I tried to use the old one and now the crazy thing keeps rebooting. Im SO FRUSTRATED 3 days working on the POS. now waiting on yet another replacement. may call it quits and get another brand

This camera is an easy install, has two way talk- which works, can be connected through an app- we love that and the app does not crash, sound/motion detection- my opinion this works too well lol it detects any little movement or sounds, playback is easy to use and save if needed, the flood lights are bright and goes a good distance.

Works as described. Easy to hook up. Picture is good. Do not get kicked off the Internet like some other products.

I could only access the live stream video 10-15% of the time. The camera continuously failed to establish an encrypted channel with the viewing device. I contacted the support representative by email listed on the package. Very unresponsive. He only replied once after 3 days to ask for a screenshot which I provided immediately. Never heard from him again. No solution was offered. I replaced the camera with a different camera in the same location with no problems. The camera was definately the root cause of the problem. The camera defaulted to IR night vision mode even in daylight many times creating an unviewable scene. When the camera worked as it should (rarely), it provided a clear and crisp picture. The motion detection seemed to work well along with picture notification. Motion tracking seemed to work well, also. I did not try using a SD card for local recording. I returned the camera for a refund. It was unreliable and customer support was unresponsive.

There’s no option on sensitivity on motion detector … mine kept staying in one place when I drive in the driveway it doesn’t detect motion however I can see a bit of the car pull up in the frame

Like many other cameras of a similar design, you can connect to this camera using Smart Life, which is what I used. Image/video quality and audio quality are all good. Overall a good value for the money.A few caveats:1. Like other cameras of a similar design, the motion detection is sometimes too sensitive and human detection is somewhat flaky. It detects humans very well, but there are many false alarms of birds, cats, bugs, or funny shadows. Better than false negatives, I suppose.2. Some of the other cameras of similar design have a habit of sometimes going offline, which requires a reset. If you have installed these cameras in a hard to reach place, the resets may be inconvenient or outright impossible. What I did was plug these cameras into WiFi power plugs which also use the Smart Life app, that way I can power cycle them remotely.3. Unlike other cameras of similar design, this camera's floodlights do not rotate along with the camera, so if your camera is pointed highly off-axis, the floodlight may not cover the field of view fully. For me, I installed this camera quite high (~middle of 2nd floor), so that wasn't a problem.
