Nespresso Vertuo Next 11707 Coffee Machine by Magimix, Dark Grey

I had this machine for over 6 months, it has never worked properly and there was always water coming out of it. A few weeks ago it stopped working entirely. Because it’s an international shipment from UAE there is no support available – so I would recommend UAE based people not to buy from this seller, better buy locally and get adequate customer attention and support.Definitely not buying again & very disappointed with the brand.

Our machine developed a fault 3 months into owning it (daily use) however dealing with Nespresso's people was fantastic, we called to report the fault on a Friday evening and after some fault finding the rep advised he would send a loan machine out and have ours repaired within a few days. A text arrived to say that instead of a repair they would send a new machine which they did and it arrived before the end of the week and 6 days after reporting our machine was faulty. Really happy with the customer service we received throughout; we love the coffee from our machine and now we love the customer service we received and that is why I have bothered to write this review. :)

This machine is quite nice and easy to use. The problem is you are locked into using the Virtuo capsules only, there's no alternatives. These capsules are expensive and the minimum order amount is really high! The other frustration is whilst the output temperates is just about ok, as soon as you add cold milk the whole drink is far too cold.I have now bought another nespresso that takes the classic capsules - plenty of aftermarket options available and don't seem to have the same temperature issues.

Initially bought myself this machine and loved it. Loved it so much that I bought two as gifts for Christmas for other people (one for my mum).Sadly, soon after (within 100 coffees), mine started to leak. I sent it back to Nespresso who’s customer service was pretty good to be fair. They sent a rental machine to use while mine was fixed. But when they sent mine back, the button was redundant and I had to get it collected a second time immediately.Nespresso have just emailed to say they will be sending me a new machine as mine cannot be fixed.And now, less than 50 coffees in, my mum’s machine is also leaking. Have decided to return to Amazon (excellent customer service!) rather than try and get it fixed. Will be looking at different products rather than get another Vertuo.Coffee excellent, machine absolute tosh

Bought the Nespresso Vertuo Next 11707 Coffee Machine 7 months ago after much deliberation. Didn't think the Nespresso systems could deliver the coffee experience my palate craves but am well impressed. Slim sturdy design, ease of use and great coffee selection. I feel sympathy for reviewers who aren't having a good experience with their machines and am grateful for the luck of the draw I suppose..

Worked great when I first received it. Then in less than a month a fault developed and had to send it back. Got a replacement only for the same to happen, different fault. Sent back for a refund.Went for the plus model this time, so far so good 🤞
