Battery lasts no time at all
Great to install but battery life of only a couple of months rendered it useless

Batteries don't seem to last.
After 3 months of use it stopped working. Ordered new battery and it wouldn't work. I sent it back to Amazon under warranty and bought another one, which is just coming up to it's 3rd week and no problem so far. I will update this next when it passes 3 months.

Stopped working, nightmare to return
Mine stopped working like others on here, within just a few months. It's completely dead, no response from the action button at all. Currently having a nightmare dealing with Aeotec about a return, they are insisting I return it through Amazon, but amazon have just a 30 day returns window. Not impressed with how the company is handling warranty I've been chasing for a couple of weeks now.

A complete waste of money
Unless the sensor is in range of the hub itself, it doesn't work, even though the mesh effect is supposed to be a significant part of the Z-wave setup. As the device goes to sleep very rapidly (to save battery I assume), it also prevents network heal from working as the device is totally unreachable when asleep.

Ausgezeichnete Lösung für Türen
Sehr gutes Produkt.

Reliable recessed sensor, except battery status
Got 4 of these for my doors, over the past 2 years (bought one by one). Setting up in Home Assistant was fast and easy, but took at least an hour with Smart Things and turning off advanced zwave security, was a real pain though not much worse than other zwave stuff. It works reliably 99% of the time. Had a single scare (in 2 years) with Smart Things, when the battery was almost dead and it was showing the front door as open. That said, battery status is definitely unreliable with these. With Home Assistant using just the closed state as an automation trigger will give you false triggering e.g. when restarting (because it goes from unknown to closed), but that can be fixed by setting the trigger to be a transition from opened to closed.
