Update:The Seller has reached out to "make it right."They offered a replacement lighter at no additional cost, and no need to return the old lighter.The Seller has made it right.Edits:I was wanting to purchase a Thunderbird 330 w/ a "G" insert.This is not a "G," it is a 1T insert.There is no description on the Amazon Post. So, technically speaking it could be considered a "blind box."This in an issue with a "Thunderbird lighter," since 8 insert styles are available with 38 Lighter cases available (without customization.)The packaging from Thunderbird is nice. It feels rather robust. The finish is nice. It is a Thunderbird 330. So, all the basic elements are there, just not happy about the insert. The Lighter case feels in between a Zippo Classic Case, and a Zippo Armor Case.My initial impressions of the lighter were incorrect, it is actually a 1T Insert with a Blue Flame, (the G insert is a yellow soft flame).I don't know about the longevity of the build quality, I have owned it for less than 24 hours.Hat Shark, got off to a rough start; but they did recover from the fall. As stated, they offered to send a replacement lighter, which is a kind gesture. Hopefully Hat Shark & Amazon can work together to streamline the Thunderbird Case & Insert selection process. Reason being the inserts all have a variation in cost.
