This is a nice looking globe and stand. However we were disappointed in that we expected the topography to be raised on the surface but it is not. The light worked fine. Minimally difficult to assemble.

We Put it in our boat upstairs in the captains quarters. He loves it he’s used it a few times and he says it’s great the nightlight is awesome.

Very nice globe. The light is a great feature however you do need some place to display near an outlet. Makes a good night light. The wood base makes it a nice interior design piece, functional too.
