The delivery time was great, really quick. When the headphones arrived one of them was faulty, which was a shame because the other was just fine. But to their credit, Amazon handled the return really well. The return was accepted first time, I posted the item the next day and the refund was in my account the day after! Overall, happy with the experience.

Easy to use, good quality and price

This item is great value for money. Good sound and it can be connected to your phone which is good. The case does break if you drop it so please be careful.That said, great value for money.

* Comfortable, keeping in mind the over-ear design. Never fell off, never felt uncomfortable.* Audio was average with no bass. Volume was decent enough. Suited to audio books or similar.* Microphone was terrible, pretty much in every environment they were used.* Fiddly charger, common with these easy-charge charge designs.* Control buttons always worked. No gesture nonsense here.* Tendency to accidentally turn on when pulling out of case.* One of the buds no longer charges, after 1.5 years.

The media could not be loaded.  I walk my Daughter to school in the mornings, whilst also walking the dogs. The walk back is lonely and I like to work myself up with some lively rock music on my way back home to get me ready for working from home. I have found it a challenge keeping my original wireless earphones in my ears during that walk, because they are quite heavy and rely purely on suction. When walking and moving about, they have a tendency to come loose and that's not easy to deal with when managing two dogs with leads.I also listen to music all day, whilst working from home to keep my mind occupied and work interesting. My original ear buds would last from the time I left my Daughter at school until around 11:30AM before shutting down. They look and feel like in-ear monitors when you first put them on and then they feel natural and you forget that you are wearing them completely.The sound quality is great for all music genres, I have multiple pairs of earphones to compare to at home ranging from other wiresless earbuds for music to in-ear monitors for drumming and I really like how well these perform for the price. I've also used them for phone calls and neither myself or the other person have had problems hearing or understanding one another.These give you freedom. I love being able to leave my phone somewhere and wonder around the house, whilst listening to music or talking. The range that they have isn't quite as good as others I have used but still reasonable. If you venture outside with these, remember to avoid getting water near the metal charging contacts because (although extremely unlikely) this could cause them to short or lead to corrosion. If they get wet, dry them off when you are able to.The battery inside the case that charges the earphones doesn't appear to be particularly powerful and gets drained quickly when the earphones are charging. That being said, this is probably because the battery capacity in the earphones themselves is exceptional for the size. The battery life of the earphonesis very good once fully charged and means I can work from 8:00AM to 5:00PM and confidently know they will still be playing music without turning off when I finish working. I just have to remember to remove and charge them!The magnets that keep the earphones in place whilst charging could be stronger to ensure reliable charging. As they are, charging properly requires careful consideration and placement.Volume controls are independent of the device sound is coming from. This means that the highest volume setting on the earphones is not necessarily the same as on your phone. If you find yourself thinking they aren't very loud, try to turn the volume up on your phone too.Don't expect 50 hours of continuous music playback/talking (not that you could manage it anyway). So long as you know this is not possible, you will not be disappointed with these earphones. If you are like me and use them whilst working for music and meetings, you will not be disappointed either.I am glad I upgraded so I don't have to worry about my earphones falling out, the fact that I am wearing them or that I'm going to be cut off from music or conversations whilst working.Highly recommended.

Worked fairly well until they broke.

Bought mainly to listen to my audio books whilst walking so comfort and being secure were most important factors for me. On both counts I’m pleased to say that these pass.It took me a minute to work out how to put these on but once you’ve worked it out it’s simple. The way they hook around the ears makes them very securely held in place so even the juddering of quick walking doesn’t budge them at all. The longest I’ve used them up to now continuously is 2 hours, no aches or pains at all around my ear, they are very light and after a few minutes it’s easy to forget that they are actually attached.Sound quality is good enough for me but I have not tested with music. They are definitely not noise cancelling but then I don’t think they claim to be and I wasn’t expecting this feature at this quite budget price.Pairing is quick and simple just like most Bluetooth devices. I’ve never lost connection so far between paired devices. Charging via USB-C is quick with a digital reading of percentage. The case is very strong and opens/closes very securely.Overall I’m very pleased with the purchase as its exactly what I was looking and hoping for. No more messing about with wired earphones for me.
