I am very happy to get a beautiful bicycle

Item arrived in a damage box with hole on both sides, parts are scattered inside the box, some small parts are missing maybe fell out of the hole of the box and others are damage, it arrived unassemble and there are missing parts so we have to return it, one of the major part that is missing is the steel railing behind the backseat. The stickers included in the package is crumpled and look like a trash. I'm not really happy with this order but I returned it for replacement because I like the style and it looks like sturdy but please deliver it already assemble this time in complete and new form because my daughter is very much excited to receive it but we are dissapointed that it came unassembled, in a damage box with missing parts. Please assemble it because it's complicated to assemble!

full assembly had to be done...we hit a snag with the brakes but managed to fix em..tires had to be pumped at gas station and the seat is much smaller than expected for a bike for older kids, that's why the 4 stars..
