It is not hot or cold. It is cold only. Package shows cold only, not what’s shown in the picture. Tag sewn onto the mask says do not microwave. Amazon said they would fix the product description but they didn’t fix it. Amazon refunded the price because the description is wrong.If you want to use it only cold then it is a very nice product. I was trying to replace one that I used for many years and that one was great. The one I had was scented and could be heated. This one is unscented and cannot be heated.

Love the softness and not too heavy feeling. I brought one for myself a couple years ago. Tried a couple other eye patches, but find this one is the best. I brought two more. One for my son and one for my husband. My teenage son have a hard time sleeping. He said this feels great and help him fall asleep faster. My husband said he loves it too. I see him use it every night. For sure, this will make a great gift for the family.

Because of the adjustable strap having velcro it gets tangled in my hair and rips it off. This is good if you wear some sort of bonnet to sleep or if your have short or no hair! Otherwise it’s really good. It would’ve been great if designed with buttons instead!!!

I bought this so I could warm it up to relieve my headaches. I had one in the past and loved it. I got this and it says Do Not Microwave all over it!!!! I am so disappointed and now I am out theoney I paid for it and it's useless.

Under description it states: microwaveable. Once you receive the product (weeks later regardless of prime shipping or estimated date) you will see a tag clearly sewn onto side of the mask stating: DO NOT MICROWAVE.

Rated because shipping took more than 3 months. I have reach out more than 5 times and never got any kind of update. It also smelled odd and the tags get in the way.

The version before that was filled with rice could be microwaved just fine. Now the same product can't be? Why? I don't get it. I microwave mine anyway and it does just fine. Ticked off tho.
