Very good quality and customer service!!
This product is all upto our expectations and detail provided in description. Very good quality. Mat is very strong and can actually bear a lot of weight. Very easy to assemble. My daughter just love it!

Disappointed
The frame is too weak, a 26 kgs girl used it in the play area and the base support rods blended.The springs holding the base got detached.It caused a serious injury to a child.Did not expect this at all.

Good product with quality material
The product is able for a 5 star rating as it is capable of holding 100 kg weight and I have tried with 70 kg till now. I have reduced one star just for the reason that is visible in the pic one rod was not painted properly otherwise for the product quality it is good and i didn't want to return it for the purpose of minor defect coz my baby was enjoying playing in it.....and also for me when a thing is made in india it is worth buying.....

Not reliable
Unfortunately one of the floor stand is now bent. And only my 3 yr old daughter has ever used it very very rarely. Very disappointed and disheartened that even when the ration is for more than 50 kgs , this has happened when only a 15 -20 kg child has used it. Lasted only 2 months

Great product. Quite easy to assemble, product quality is also good. My kids loves it.

Inferior material used
The media could not be loaded. Firat there was a missing spring. Which seller reshaped. The so called stainless steel spokes broke within first week of usage.seller was again ok to resend the broken part and said it could be faulty lot. After that 2 more parts broke within a month of usage. Which seller said he will replace but did not and I had to get these welded. Product description say it can handle upto 100kg but it's not suitable for kids more than 30kg.

Excellent customer service from seller
The product was packaged and delivered perfectlyThe product is made in India and not a cheap import, hence the seller even offers sale of its spares incase something goes wrong in the long run.Totally worth the buy, the kids absolutely love it. It’s sturdy and quite spacious. Don’t think twice about it

I requested return on 15/12/2021, but it is not picked UP till date. I. e. 22/12/2021.pl expedite the pick UP.
