First I tried Pure Encapsulations Hair/Skin/Nails witch is double the cost of these and didnt notice anything. Im taking for hair growth but I usually notice growths in my nails. I have tried these for 15 days now have definitely noticed growth in my nails. Very hopeful to see growth in my hair. Pills are huge but manageable. Urine is bright yellow but so far I am very happy. Im glad I found these. Great price as well

This product does exactly what it says it does. Within one month my hair was longer and thicker. My beautician told me it was healthier and it has remainder healthier. Will purchase again. It fixed my damaged, weak hair, and made it stronger and it grew faster. The onky downside is that the pills are large, if you have trouble swallowing and they turned my urine extra yellow.

I take these vitamins for my hair. I am a diabetic and before I began taking these vitamins my hair was breaking off alot and had lost most of it’s shine. I started noticing after only 2 weeks that my hair was extremely shiny and was not breaking off as much. The only downside to these vitamins is that they are very big to swallow. I love what they have done to my hair after only 2 weeks!

My hair doesn’t shed nearly as much anymore. I have used this product for months and then stopped-Q massive shedding. Just got back on two weeks- minimum hair shed again. Get it. No regerts
