Fat Daddio’s round cheesecake pan 6” x 3”
I love this pan. I also have the 7” round. They both work perfectly in my 8 qt. Instant pot. My cheesecakes come out so perfectly now with these two pans. I won’t use any other cheesecake pan. I will probably buy one more of each. I can’t say enough about these pans. Love! Love! Love!

It works! Success on my 1st try.
I have never made cheesecake before but decided to try it in my new Instant Pot. Bought this pan with no clue how to use it. You Tube to my rescue. I greased the whole pan and cut a parchment round for the bottom. When it was done I let it cool on the counter about 25 min. While it was still warm I used a soup can to push the cake up out of the pan, just like You Tube taught me. Feared it would stick or fall apart but it worked beautifully. Didn't have a spatula so I used a big knife to get it from the pan bottom to plate. Again I feared it would fall apart but the knife worked fine. (I have since bought a 13" spatula.) Refrigerated cake for 4 hours then covered with ganache. Wow, it was gorgeous. So happy to know I can make wickedly good chocolate cheesecake with Oreo crust in my IP and I really love the 6" cake size. I'll get a lot more mileage out of this pan. I don't have a springform and don't think I'll need one. Some butter leaked into the IP water under the trivet the pan was sitting on. Normal apparently. Very happy with this pan and my IP. Also baking in an IP keeps my kitchen cool in the hot summer months without needing the oven.
