Incredible!!! I've been on a rollercoaster of having one semi decent day followed by feeling like death dealing with trying to rid my body from Candida overgrowth. Its a catch-22 situation. You try to kill this bacterial yeast and as it dies it releases almost 80 toxins into your body which makes you feel like you are going to die. My liver was being severely overwhelmed by all of the toxins, started to have blood clotting issues, low blood protein levels and began to retain water in my legs and abdominal cavity. So I finally started doing some research, found out about food grade Diamatacious Earth and Bentonite Clay. I'm on a sodium restricted diet so I choose this clay since is calcium based. Started them both 3 days ago and its incredible - my energy levels have returned, I'm focused again, I feel better. Cuts and bruises are healing at a more normal rate again and my belly today is going down.One word of warning - you MUST and I do mean MUST drink 24-32 ounces of water when you take this stuff, it will dehydrate the heck out of you if you don't and will cause constipation so make sure you start drinking immediately and drink it all down over the course of 2-3 hours. If you're not a water a person, try gatorade or something like that.This stuff is VERY gritty, get one of those shake bottles and constantly shake between drinking this stuff down, get that 8 oz's down and done quickly. I did as suggested and put it in lemon juice water which seems to add to the benefit of this stuff and the DE.Last added extra - I have oral thrush (all part of Candida overgrowth) so I have been doing a mouth wash rinse with a 1/4 teapoon or this and the DE for 60 seconds each mouthful. Don't swallow it - it has bacteria in it, also spit it out.I'm doing the DE/Clay detox once in AM and once before bed for 10 days straight then switching to once a week maintenance, I am absolutely amazed how quickly this stuff is pulling all of the crap out of my body. Stuff works!

I ordered this product to deal with long standing candida issues that other anti-fungals were not totally eliminating. I have only tried this a couple times and I do notice that I am eliminating more and more candida colonies. This is very exciting. The taste is very bland when mixed with water, but you do know you are drinking clay. I tried it with applesauce to see if this helped, and it did. I barely add half a spoon full with a cup of applesauce and it makes you really full. So good appetite suppressant as well. I'll know more as the month progresses, but I do like this product and think it may be the answer for many health issues. I have not tried a mask yet, but that is next!

I have been using this as a way to help rid my body of unwanted toxins and clear up a stressed bowel. I am doing very well so far and am increasing it gradually over many weeks. I'm very satisfied with the results thus far as I am doing better. I usually mix my portion at night before going to bed and drink it early, early in the morning as I'm just arousing so it doesn't take from any of the nutrients I supplement myself with during the day. I find the taste very pleasant.

I have just made the commercial tooth powder that everyone is raving about for $3.23 with plenty left over to make more for years!Oh, and it is not as gritty as the brand name. Leaves teeth cleaner feeling without abrasion.

I like this product. I heated raw honey with some water, mixed in some clay and put it on my face. Let it dry and used a warm cloth to remove. My pores were smaller and my skin looked really nice. A little drying so I lathered up with moisturizer. I do this 1X per week - seems to help keep my pore size down since I have rosacea. My skin is dry in some areas and combination in others, too.

one of my favorite products of all time. be prepared to experience a transformation in your colon if you eat this stuff - a positive transformation. I mixed it with fiber pills and it snaked it's way through my GI tract, pulling out all the built-up gunk from years of eating junk. you definitely want to buy this stuff and eat it daily for a week or so to find out what might come out.

This is my first time taking Bentonite Clay so I don't know if this is typical. This clay seems thick yet powdery. When added to water, it is clumpy and sits on the bottom of my plastic bottle though I shake it really good. It is annoying and I feel it's wasteful. I do feel different when I walk downstairs, I usually need to take a step at a time. After taking this, I was able to walk normally which was great. There is a clay taste but nothing horrible. I guess if you stir it, it might be better. Overall, ok product. I will find a wider bottom cup to mix it in.

This clay seems to work well for my homemade toothpaste recipe. A little goes a long way!
