The perfect bento box!
I've been searching for a long time for the perfect bento box, I'm SO glad I found this one! I was looking for three important factors: 1) Had to be cute (hence the color I chose), but not CUTESY. Classic, and simple looking. 2) Had to be microwave safe & dishwasher safe. 3) Had to be the perfect size. Perfect size as in I wanted two tiers, it couldn't be bulky or over-sized looking; needs to hold both lunch and some small snacks with no empty space because I'm always snacking throughout the day. The 4th factor, which wasn't a breaking point, but was still important to me, was to try and find one that came with silverware! Um, did I hit the jackpot?? Yeah! The handles are so nice, too. The stickers were a bit of a pain to get off, but if you start peeling from one corner, and go slowly, that should help. If you're still having trouble, use a NON TOXIC mix of 2 tablespoons baking soda and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (any kind of oil, really), smear it on the stickers, let it sit, then work on removing the stickers. This should help.

Clips Fall Apart
I bought 3 of these in different colors 1 red, 2 plum, for school lunches. Tired of fabric, and little plastic containers etc. I love that it can hold a sandwich with a snack in the top container, and the bottom is roomy enough to hold a frozen capri sun, w/ space for fruit in a bag, a cheese stick, etc.The red one, before it's 1st day of real use, had one of the side clips pop off. I glued it back on, and it lasted about one school week. I use rubber bands to keep it closed. The plum one lasted about a month and a half of school use before the clips popped off. I hand washed all pieces too. I bought this design thinking it would be easier to clip on/off, then pulling off a metal lid like some other bentos, and because of the compartment space.Maybe it's not for kids (ages 5-7), maybe its made poorly, maybe 2/3 of my order was defective. I don't know. I'm still using them, and just popped off the clips. :/

Really Big!
I ended up getting mine at TJ Maxx, because the one I ordered from Amazon came with one of the handles broken off (more than half the price at TJ Maxx!).Not sure why everyone else had issues with the brand stickers...maybe it's from keeping them in the sun too long? Mine came right off without any sticky residue.Anyway, on to the product itself. In case anyone is interested, here are the approximate volumes of each level:- top layer - about 900ml- bottom layer - about 600ml(i.e. about 1500ml)So as you can see, this thing is HUGE. Which is the problem I have with it. I wish it was slightly smaller, because this is way too much food for someone my size (when packed bento-style). I bought it knowing it was going to be bigger than a Japanese bento box for someone my size, because I figured I could pack my breakfast and lunch in it, but after eating breakfast I just end up feeling full past lunch time. Which, I guess is a good thing, but it means my lunch ends up getting thrown away :-(.As a product, I really love it, though. The different compartments, the removable divider, and the silverware are all great. I also love that it's microwaveable and there are separate lids for each compartment. And it doesn't retain smells, which is amazing! But, I'll probably only use it when I'm going to need lunch and dinner because of the size.Edit: After using this for about a month or so, the glue on one of the clasps has come off. You can still pop it back into place and use it, though. Also, the boxes themselves have warped from microwave use (I leave the lids off when heating), even the level that I don't use in the microwave... Not sure what's going on there, since I only wash it by hand and never leave it in the microwave for longer than a minute. But, now the lids won't lock into place...

Good lunch box
Even if you're not into bento lunches this makes a great lunchbox. It keeps everything in one place and the bottom tier is quite roomy. The color of the Eggplant bento box is spot on, the shade is the same on screen and in person. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because of its sturdiness. It's a decently sturdy box but the handles feel flimsy so I never actually hold the box from there and will instead pack it into my tote. The side snaps are also flimsy, I thought I had broken my bento box when one of them snapped off completely. Fortunately, I was able to snap it back on. All in all this is a good lunchbox for a college student or an older person.

Love love love my bento.
I love this thing. I use it throughout the week to pack my lunch for work. It's just big enough to put a nice salad in the bottom, and a sandwich and some little snacks on the top. Helps me keep from using dozens of plastic baggies and old worn out tupperware.

I want another
This lunch box is great. It is perfect for a salad in the big compartment and a main dish and veggies in the small. Was worried about the size. If anything it is to big. Love it.

Love this little lunch box
Good size, great handles for carrying to work. The size is perfect so I don't pack too much food with me, and the compartments make it easy to separate what will be microwaved from what won't. I highly recommend this product.
