One of The Best Confidence Books
It's one of the best confidence books I've ever read.I found it is best to use the audio version from Audible, because it keeps going over and over the same format. But when you start to "get it" (and it took me about a third of the way through), you'll start to feel confident, indeed. Not the over-confidence of the arrogant, but a truly RELAXED self-confidence that will serve you, not sabotage you. I strongly feel that THIS is the stuff that goes a long way towards giving one the resilience to handle adversity. Must read.
