Finding the default usename/passwd combination is a black art - even hard reset wont help. You need to generate reset code with special app. Unnecessarily complicated setup, ok image when you finally get the cam up and working

This is the worst camera. It would not preview image in chrome or ie even after installing Web components. Also display is limited to 4x3. Instructions came in chinese only. Too many other poor features to list.Update-vendor offered to remedy any issues. I declined help. There are many other cameras easier to setup giving great pictures too. Sorry Hikvision u struck out with me.
