Does as promised but the dual pouch is gimmicky
First the underwear does exactly what it promises. I was concerned that the dual pouch would need adjustments often, but the penis stays in the pouch all day. The fabric is very comfortable and dries quickly after sweating. All of of this being said, I don't quite get what is the purpose the dual pouch. If you are hot you still get hot. Furthermore, the penis pouch moves as you walk, which gives the impression that you are not wearing underwear when you are wearing mesh or polyester shorts. The brief's fly is odd, and it requires some getting used to. You can't get the pouch entirely out of your jeans fly, so you need to unwrap midway and the pouch pushes your penis down, which can cause misfiring. Then you have to re-wrap before putting the pouch back in, which can be a bit of a hassle (especially in the urinal). Finally, as other have commented, there is a seam that runs right in the middle of the balls pouch; for me it was not an issue, but it is not for everyone.

Decent sized pouch, easy access
As the title states. They are decently comfortable with a good sized pouch. It has a hole that you can pull up to easily access for peeing. The size is just big enough for athletic men with healthy glutes to be able to cover the bum without becoming a wedgey. I recommend these if you want the brief style and are sick of having trunks or boxers constantly bunch and ride up your legs.
