I have had this pc for about a month and have had no problem with it it looks great runs fortnite at 144fps smoothly and 240 with some drops valorant at a bit more so very good I do recommend 100% one thing you might want to know is the WiFi toggle is in the graphic card box that needs to be in for it to connect

Works well, was a present for my 12 year old son, and he is happy with it, runs Minecraft, Fortnite and Roblox perfectly.

I got the July 15 and it keeps switching off and restarting on its own barely 3 weeks after. Please what is the problem?. I'm thinking of returning it any moment from now.

We brought this as a Xmas present. It stopped working after less than a week. The seller authorised a refund so we sent it back using their returns label and courier. They claimed it was damaged when they opened it and said they were taking £40 of the refund . They actually took off more than £40. Why should we lose close to £50 when we used their courier. Do not use this company

Bought as a Christmas present for my son. Pc would not play games I thought it may be user error as we have not had one before and it switched on. Taken to a computer shop to be told this is definitely not a gaming pc it’s a desktop which games are not able to run on. The customer services arranged for return for which they said they would charge me for and take it off the refund!!!! The computer was packaged adequately using all the foam from the new pc I had to get for my son and they are now saying it has arrived back damaged which is highly unlikely. They have also said they need to charge for damage as what can they do with the pc now!! Stay away from this company they know they sell absolute rubbish and use your money already spent to not give full refunds

I would like to start off by stating that I should have done my homework before making this purchase...This is not really a gaming computer, while it might be able to play some games, it is not going to handle current high end games very well.To turn this into a gaming computer I will need to upgrade the power supply and the GPU.

Slight issue when system arrived, with it not working. However, this was due to movement in transit and once the technician talked me through it, it was easily rectified. Thanks
