Originally named: Modrest Fauna. Beautiful piece of furniture, very modern, yet material and craftsmanship leaves much to be desired...made in China. Nothing like Italian made furniture.

Beautiful Desk, Horrible Instructions
This desk took much longer than it should have to put together. None of the screws are labeled, nor are most of the steps in the instructions. So there's a lot of deduction and process of elimination to figure out what goes where. Then again, I'm no engineer...so someone else might have an easier time. :)It took three (that's right, THREE) attempts to get this desk from Amazon. The first time, it got totally lost and no one really knew what happened to it. When I reordered it the second time, I only received one of the two boxes with the legs/back of the desk. Third attempt, I got everything, and it was in great condition. It was clear (as with the other items I've ordered from this company) that they put a lot of care into the packaging. Considering how long it took to get the desk, I was very grateful for that. Let me tell you, it is a GORGEOUS desk and worth the wait. Finishes are high end and beautiful. I'm ultimately very glad I got this desk...just don't ask me to come over and help put it together.
