No Complaints So Far
I purchased the Refrigerator / Freezer combo to replace another that had lasted since my college days. The product arrived well-packaged - the box was held together with plastic straps, and comes apart, as opposed to requiring lifting the fridge out of the box. I received my unit in mint condition, despite poor handling of the package. Make sure to remove all of the foam inserts and plastic wrap from the fridge before moving it place, and give it clearance for airflow.I followed the instructions (let it sit for 4 hours and clean it before turning it on) and it worked like a charm. It froze water in the ice tray overnight at the maximum setting, and got the soda I placed inside very cold. The interior light is very useful, and rare on this size of fridge. The door has large amount of storage space, and closes quite firmly - you may need two hands to open it. Noise is very mild, about as loud as a small fan.I will update this review if problems arise.I have no conflicts of interest or connections to the manufacturer, and paid standard price for this unit.

Great Little Refrigerator
We just bought a new home and have been waiting for the delivery of a new refrigerator for over 4 weeks. Because we live in a small town with limited eating choices, we bought this refrigerator based on Amazon's recommendation. It is the best. The little freezer holds several bags of frozen vegetables and keeps them hard as a rock at the recommended setting for the temperature. It holds a half gallon jug of milk in the door plus a carton of juice. It has a fresh drawer which holds ample cheeses, meats, etc., for several days. It has really helped us out. I originally bought this thinking I would sell it as soon as we got the refrig but it's a keeper. We'll find some use for it and it's energy efficient. The energy guide is still on the door. It says the yearly cost to run it is $30.00. Can't get any better than that. You will not reqret this purchase is you want you're thinking of a man cave or she shed.

Amazing product. One of the few mini fridges built to fit a gallon of milk. Ice tray froze my full size actual refrigerator trays in a matter of hours. Only on power setting 3 of 5. Definitely would buy again. Plenty of space, quiet fridge. Unfortunately the door wasn't quite able to be reversed because the holes on the other side weren't fully tapped, and I don't have the tools to do it, but that's nothing of a problem to me, I'm okay with the door on the side it came.

Good fridge with good space, but shelves a little wonky and a LOUD compressor -- Still would recommend
I gave three stars because "It's okay." I have to give credit where it's due--it's a large mini-fridge (we use it as a beverage fridge and overflow for our regular fridge). It has some really spacious door shelves that will hold a 64 oz growler of beer or a pitcher of iced tea. The little can slots on the door are great, too--they hold a 6-pack of cans or bottles of water. I gotta get in there, though, and see if I can get some shelves rearranged. I can't put anything standing up on the inside shelves. If we have bottles or cans, they are usually laid down on the shelf. We only have one shelf that will fit cans or bottles upright, and that shelf won't hold a pitcher of iced tea or a growler. My biggest complaint, however, is the noise it makes when the compressor comes on. OHMYGOD is it loud. You can hear it all the way across the house. That's the main reason "It's okay." Honestly, it works well, it has some great niches for specialty items, and it's got a lot of interior space (and the freezer, although we've never used it, is a bonus).

Bought for Man Cave
We bought this for our son's "man cave" and have been pleased. We have it on a small tray since it's on carpet. No issues with leaking and keeps drinks and items cool.

Great unit for the price
Having read some of the reviews about this refrigerator I was worried since one mentioned it being overly loud for it's size, and others mentioned minor damage on the exterior.Glad I gave it a try. Mine has no visible damage and I have no idea what noise other reviewers were hearing. You can barely tell when the compressor kicks in on this unit. The size is just right for a small one or two person household, the freezer compartment keeps maybe 3 smaller packages of meats just fine. Originally I had thought of buying a small freezer at a future date but that feels unnecessary now.

takes 2 hands to open--not for under counter use.
The tiny refrigerator is so lightweight, with such hard suction of rubber gasket around door...that you must always use 2 hands to open the door or it will lift up/over-ish (it notes this in the owner's manual but not in the ad). A surprise if you are not used to dealing with dorm-size refrigerators--children cannot open it (and though it fits generously under a wide open under-counter, it cannot be placed there because there is no door handle, and you always have to hold the refrigerator with one hand and pull hard with the other). The high pitched hum is much louder than a regular refrigerator, so it cannot be put in a room near sleeping. Mone came in pristine packaging delivered in a structurally sound shipping box, inside was the Magic Chef box, straps and securely fit inside of it were 4 sleeves of styrofoam padding and double corrugated styrofoam on top and bottom, strapped in with 6 immovable nylon straps that had to be cut away. Inside the refrigerator is contact-covered in plastic covering unscarred. HOWEVER AFTER I HAD THE WHOLE THING BROKEN DOWN AND PACKAGING CUT UP AND PUT IN RECYLCE, I peeled away the plastic and there was a big dent/gouge really, in one side. Which means it hadn't been dropped, but wrapped that way at the factory! No way I should have to go to all the trouble of shipping it back to go through all this again--I have a feeling that rather than discount it as a damaged or scratch and dent discount, that they know it will too hard and you will just put it in a teens room disappointingly. rather than allow it to show.
