CoverBot Nokia Lumia 1520 Flip Wallet Case with Stand BLACK Slim Style with Folio Flip Cover

I have owned and used this case for several months, and have found it has both its good and bad. On the upside, the carbon fiber is durable and protects the phone relatively well. The card pocket is convenient and allowed me to carry up to 6 cards in it, so I didn't have to carry a wallet also.However, on the downside, several small pieces of the plastic that actually holds the phone broke off a little at a time over time. This inevitably led to my screen getting cracked because the phone's edges and sides weren't well protected from drops anymore.This case has served me well, but I will be replacing it with something that does a better job of protecting the phone.

The case is hard, but the lining is really soft and nice. It has enough friction to actually stand like the picture shows. I have only been using it for a few weeks, but there doesnt seem to be anything wrong with this product. Would recommend.

Let me start by saying that the case looks very nice. The Faux leather wears well and the case fits snugly, with good clearance for the camera lens and speaker. you can't use the back camera when the case is open and folded to the back of the phone, but that's not really a fault with the case, it's just a matter of how folio cases work.However, I had significant issues in two areas. First, the plastic of the case is thin and very brittle. I generally do not take my phone out of the case, and I noticed that the plastic around the side buttons was starting to break off... a little at first, then more significantly over time. It never affected the ability for the case to snap onto the phone, but it made for some relatively sharp edges.The second issue was bit obscure...I started having issues with the touch screen acting very wonky. After observing this behavior a few times, I removed the phone from the case while it was exhibiting the behavior, and the problem stopped. What I believe is happening is that the magnet in the latch (or possibly back of the cover) can affect the touchscreen operation, particularly when the cover is folded over the back.

Like others, I really enjoy the design and quality of the case. I just wish that the magnet was stronger. Everything else is a 10/10!

I found the case to be clumsy to use when trying to answer calls.

This case is ok if you're looking for something to cover your phone and don't plan on taking it out of the case, that's about where this case stops being useful. As a stand it leaves a lot to be desired, yes it'll prop your phone up but the magnet is very weak so almost any force applied to the phone makes the magnet undo and the phone will fall over. The plastic case that holds the phone itself is very cheap and brittle. I never even dropped the phone and it broke around the corners to the point of the phone not fitting inside the case anymore, it also has one of those annoying product stickers that if you try to remove leaves a bunch of residue behind. As far as using the camera while in the case, it works its just awkward.
