I see a lot of people on here saying that it isn't durable, not usable, doesn't stay, etc etc. I have had this case for almost a year and have dropped it many times. Now, I do not have a screen protector and still my phone has only received a small hairline crack that is only noticable slightly when the screen is black. That is with just the case and no screen protector. I did have to buy a second one just a few days ago because I dropped it one too many times and the bottom of the case cracked, making it unusable as it seems the actual charger that goes into my phone had broken. But with how many times I had dropped it before, I was shocked it had lasted this long. And the fact that I bought the same one again should also show you that it is worth your money.My Iphone 7 plus was bough second hand and the battery is terrible ( will die after about 1 hour - 1 hour and half ) so I needed a good quality charging case. This does the trick. I can charge my phone twice with it. It is a little slippery so I would suggest some sort of grip on the back. But my phone and the case charge at the same time and are charged completely over night. The phone is 100% usable while the case is attatched and charging. It is also way easier to remove than I thought it would be. You do have to make sure that you do not bend it forward but it is not as fragile as I thought it would be.TL;DRAll in all, it is a good case that works perfectly (though maybe find one more durable if you are someone who drops their phone A LOT and on HARD SURFACES as it will eventually break), is easy to remove, you can use your phone perfectly fine while the case is on and charging your phone, is overall pretty protective, has good battery life, and is just a good investment if you frequently don't have a charger on you or you dont want to mess with the cords.

Not sure why but will not charge my phone like the first one I purchased so I guess I’ll have to purchase another case.

If it’s possible for something like a battery phone case to totally RUIN a perfectly wonderful European vacation, this one wins the prize!After returning the first one and receiving a replacement due to it not charging, I thought I would be ok..boy was I wrong!First destination, Jerusalem, worked fine. As you know, when traveling abroad, you burn through phone battery like wildfire due to roaming, data, and navigation.Next destination, Budapest..uh oh. Malfunction Junction as it no longer charges when it was on the phone or separately.Now when I say, I am ‘careful’ with my things I mean it. Type ‘A’ personality means if it says ‘be careful not to bend the charging prong, you can bet I treated it like a Fabergè egg to insure it didn’t break..I desperately needed it to work..and it failed..miserably.From that moment on, my vacation was broken into 2 parts..Morning, where I would go out and freely explore, while watching the battery % tank like the stock market, and Afternoon where I had to scurry back to the safety of my hotel charging cord to SIT & WAIT until the battery level was at least 50% before I dared leave to explore some more.Oh, and let’s talk about the 4+-hour train ride from Vienna->Prague which included Wifi but NOT a USB charging port..iPhone 911..Towards the end of the journey, which also happened to be on my Son’s birthday, I had to shut my phone OFF, at 17%, to make sure I had enough battery to get a Bolt (Uber) to my hotel. Panic ensued as every drop in battery number had me frantic I would wind up lost and stranded and not be able to wish my Son a Happy Birthday..that’s the affect little things like this have in real life.So, while I am currently unable to return the 2nd charger, as it’s past the return window, I can let every other person, that is considering buying this stress-inducing, vacation-ruining external battery charger.Pick the next one you see that’s similar, it will definitely be a better choice.Oh, and FYI, I finally broke down and purchased an external charger in Prague and can now roam freely and stress free!

This battery pack is great for extending a charge. It takes a while to completely charge the first time but after that it’s great. Only complaint is if you have semi-bad service, you will have terrible service with this case on. Trading out cases for when you need the battery pack is a bit inconvenient but it doesn’t interfere too badly if your service is okay to begin with.

Case worked good for a short time. It’s makes phone very heavy which means if you drop your phone it’s the end of it. Happened to me 2 days after I put battery on my phone. Case offers no protection for your phone. I dropped it and the extra weight caused my screen to shatter into pieces.

This charging case worked great at first but after a year of use, it’s becoming more trouble than it’s worth.It still still holds a charge just fine but the connection port the phone broke despite me barely ever taking it out. I can no longer use my old one to charge my phone.The port for the lightning cable also loosened up causing the cord to come out at the slightest provocation.This case is also a PITA to put your phone in which I can see being a cause for breakage.The kicker is I bought a new one recently but for some reason, the volume and power buttons can’t be pressed in AND the case was causing my screen lock to trip balls.
