VPOD Abs Pad - Large Abdominal Exerciser

I recently ordered the VPODS Abs Pad, and am very impressed with how well it works. It’s easy to use and targets the abs really effectively. The different intensity levels let me customize my workout depending on how much I want to challenge my core that day. I’ve been using it daily, and I already feel like it’s helping tone and tighten my midsection.I love that it complements my regular workouts, but on days when I don’t have time for a full gym session, it gives me a solid way to still engage my abs and see results.Overall, highly recommend if you’re looking for a low-effort and effective way to target your abs!

The muscle stimulation cut the pod pad works. It is much like other 10 unit pads after a day or two don’t matter how much you clean your area to be massaged or make sure that there’s nothing on the pads they quit sticking. The adhesive just doesn’t work, but it’s the best thing they can think of I guess so I’ll give it two stars for working zero stars for falling off.

The media could not be loaded. As a mature woman of average height, I would suggest ordering the smaller version. I ordered the larger version and it worked fine but the smaller size would have been a better fit. Larger boned women though would easily adapt to the larger size. Not all much difference though, but noticeable. The product performed exactly as advertised. I used the setting number 6 which felt very soothing to my stomach area. But there are many settings to try. My significant other uses it twice a day. One drawback are the sticky pads. They will lose some adhesion property with lots of usage, but fortunately the set comes with extra pads and you can easily reorder at a very reasonable price.

These work great, but you don't get as many uses out of them as they claim. Not sure of it's worth the high price.

Martial is a plastic so its not easy to move around with it on it pops off

This TENS stomach ab stimulator is exactly what I was expecting. I’m 5’8”, and the small size fits my abs perfectly. I didn’t realize it came with three sets of six replacement pads, so that was a nice bonus. The individual small pads are much cheaper, but I’d need at least two TENS machines to run all six pads at once. I’ll update with results if I notice any changes, but for now, I’m extremely satisfied with this product.

Not a quality item if it tears apart too easily. I don’t like this product.
