Stand For Stuff Swing Holder Wheel Accessory for iPad 2/3/4 (SFS-WA-A -)

The company stretches things a bit when it claims that the stand works with the big iPad Pro. Yes, you can get the iPad Pro into the holder (a set of opposing claws at the end of a boom pole), but you must strenuously wrestle with it. This is an unnecessary inconvenience, and an impossibility if you use a case on the iPad Pro . I don't think the company is being completely honest when that say that the stand is iPad Pro ready. A fix would require that the company install slightly longer arms on the holder-hooks. In addition, I was unable to get either an e-mail or a telephone response from the company. They don't answer their business/sales phone (all you get is a "leave-a-message" recording) and they don't replay to e-mails. This is not a good sign and may indicate that the business is in trouble. Once I wrestled my iPad Pro into the opposing holder-hooks, the stand worked as advertised. I remain concerned that wrestling the iPad Pro in and out of the holder-hooks may ultimately scratch the iPad's cool gold finish.

After all the great reviews of this product I expected it to be just what I needed - I wanted a simple, elegant design with superb function that was easy to assemble and maneuver. And it is all these things. -----> Best of all is the Customer Service - - AMAZING!!! I have a specific need for position to read in - - couldn't figure out how to get the SwingHolder into the correct position - had spent a few days trying to figure it out; finally called customer service - - they returned my call in about an hour. After hearing about my need they sent me a 'Redesigned Tube Assembly' for the SwingHolder that would get it into the correct position that I need to read. I couldn't believe it!!! Never had a company do that before. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of this purchase, I recommend it highly and I believe the iPad Floor Stand: Universal SwingHolder is worth every penny.

It's expensive and I took a chance on it. I'm very happy that I did.I love how my iPad Air fits into the holder even with my thick protective case on it, with no external straps needed.I also love laying in bed watching movies on my iPad without having it fall on my face when I doze off.The engineering is very good, it's not top heavy and if I have to move it, while it is not light, it is not too heavy, even without wheels it's easy for me to move.It has a good solid metal feel to it. It is so sturdy that I know that it's going to last and I will get my money's worth out of it.It took 15 minutes for me to put it together.I am totally comfortable recommending this to anyone.

After comparing and contrasting different iPad Mini stands and gooseneck holders, and having recovered from the "sticker shock", I finally settled on this Universal SwingHolder unit. I couldn't be happier with this product -- it's *fantastic*!When it arrived, my base was cracked and leaking sand. I immediately contacted the company (Stand For Stuff), and they shipped out a replacement base the next day. When I got the new base, and assembled the unit, it was clear that they use excellent engineering and machining of the parts.The universal aspect of the device holder is genius (once you figure out how to use it). It will accommodate just about any electronic device with, or without, a case/cover. It supports just about any orientation (the only omission is the ability to hover horizontally over your face while lying flat on your back)About the only thing I could wish for, is for the various arm lengths to be a little longer. Otherwise, this unit serves my purposes beautifully. I can't recommend it enough!

This iPad stand is very high-quality. Extremely sturdy. I have bumped it several times and have no concerns with it tipping over or dropping my device from the connector. A brief chat with customer service was refreshingly professional. This company is confident in their product with good reason and wiling to make sure you the customer are satisfied. This is the second iPad stand I have purchased. The first stand from another company had to be returned because it easily tipped over with its plastic legs. The Stand for Stuff SwingHolder has passed my bump test many times. It easily adjust to various positions. I truly love this stand and use it everyday. It has relieved my neck, arm and shoulder muscle stress and has reversed my poor posture. I rarely look at my iPad at home if it is not in this stand. Great product.

If you are even more lazy than a couch potato, this is for you! Now I can lay in bed and not even have to hold my tablet, this thing does it for me! Sit back and do nothing! You can just feel the fat building inch by inch!But seriously, I like to write and sometimes the solitude of my room is the best way. With a Microsoft sculpt keyboard, this, and my Surface, it works awesome. Very comfortable and works like a charm. Was a pain to write before I got this puppy. It's not really a puppy though. I don't even have a puppy. We have cats. It works fine though with dogs or cats I'm sure.

This unit is wonderful! Buy it! I was having trouble with my hands falling asleep because I got in the habit of reading my iPad for hours while laying in bed. The Product description on Amazon is very accurate and truthful. I spent quite some time reading the reviews of many if not all similar products on Amazon and settled on this Universal Swingholder. I am very happy with the sturdy construction and custom designed components. No cheap junk here! I assembled it and placed it beside my bed. I quickly realized that the unit was too low (or more accurately my bed is too high - 29" without a box spring) so I set it on a 6" high base - problem solved. The 6" higher base also raised the unit enough so it did not knock all my belongings off the night stand. I contacted the manufacturer and as stated in many reviews, I had a quick and helpful response from the owner of the company. I understand that they are continuously working on improvements to their units and one of the requests (not just from me) is for a taller and longer arm unit. Make sure you watch Amazon for a future potentially taller unit if you own one of the higher beds that are popular today.
