The technical description does not state that the unit is 120v and comes with an American plug.It may work ok in the UK but I'm not taking the risk and returning it.

I thought car battery recharger had to be complicated, heavy, and difficult to use. I was wrong. This device is simple to use, very lightweight, totally automatic, and has a metal case which wont break like plastic does. It brought my completely dead battery back to life in just a few hours time. It works silently without any fan noise to betray its existence. Simple to use means less to go wrong and less expensive too. If you are confused about what battery charger to try, like I was, try this one first. I think you will be very happy as well. You can't beat something that is inexpensive, simple to use, and works like a charm. Heartily recommend this recharger which is also made by a long respected name in automobile tools.

Great battery charger,have used Schumacher brand chargers for years and never had a problem with them. Like the features with this one, very simple to use and good value for the money.

My car wouldn't start even with the booster pack on so I used this product, recharged the battery overnight and then it started. I would like to see a LCD screen or something that looks more premium. The build quality seems good but very minimalist. The buttons feels very cheap. Overall did what it's supposed to do very well!
